Dental Angel Kendal

I find the front of house staff, and Dental team very friendly, and re-assuringly discreet when dealing with personal information. They are very professional and explain things clearly during treatment, and if you have any questions. As a patient i can tell they pay close attention to hygiene at the practice as it is always very clean.

What a awful experience i had at this practice on the 27th May 2026. My first visit and i was met by a very stern faced lady,who i can only describe as a Senior Receptionist. Her manner toward me was most Curt. The Dentist i saw was polite and efficient whilst doing the routine check of my teeth. I asked if i could have a scale and polish at a future appointment. Yes he said i can do that for you, and a fee was given. Just make your appointment with the receptionist on your way out. Imagine my disgust when the aforesaid receptionist refused point blank to make me one! I challenged her as to why and got the reply we are not taking on anymore patients only children. She was most adamant and her manner toward me was appalling. Does she not realise that her behaviour reflexes badly on the practice as a whole. Carole Clark/Walker.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated when I phoned today. I called early to rearrange an appointment because I was unexpectedly stuck at work. This was the first appointment I have ever needed to change, yet I was spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner and told that I would be struck off the patient list. To make matters worse, I asked for some medical paperwork to be resent by text message because I had not received it the first time. Rather than being helped, I was effectively made to feel as though I was lying about not receiving it, which I found insulting and completely unacceptable. Patients should be treated with respect and understanding, especially when giving notice and trying to communicate responsibly. The attitude and lack of professionalism shown during this call were shocking. Based on my experience, the customer service at this practice falls far below what I would expect from a healthcare provider.

Fabulous service at Dentalangel yesterday! I rang at 9am after splitting a tooth over Easter weekend, was seen in the afternoon & the tooth was removed. Efficient, friendly service. Thank you!

Was a great experience, I came to the appointment with my baby and my appointment was upstairs, the receptionist told me where I can leave the buggy beside if I need any urgent treatment they will look after my baby which was so kind of them! The dentist and the nurse were so great too and nice, thank you so much xx

My appointment was on time. My dentist was considerate, professional, informative and friendly. I’ve been going to Dental Angel as an NHS patient since they opened and I’m happy with their service.

Great dental practice! I have finally found a dentist that can help sort my teeth properly, as I’ve had quite a few problems, especially with eating. All the staff are really kind, patient and friendly. As soon as I walk in, everyone makes you feel very welcome. The facilities and cleanliness of the practice are excellent too. I look forward to getting my smile back!
