Bupa Dental Care Ivybridge

Would have given 5 stars. Good dentist and all staff. Being forced to sign to say if I'm late or don't turn up pay a fine. I hope common sense will be used what if I wake being sick should I still turn up. In my 10 years with practice never missed one.

A great practice, the receptionists are all amazing, friendly and helpful. I like a lot of people have a fear of the dentist. For me personally I need to know exactly what is happening, and what is being used, why etc. Julia the dentist I see explains everything she is doing which means she has to repeat herself sometimes. I never have to go over my fears as she remembers. The guys on the front desk also help me with knowing what is going on. I still shake when I'm there but I have confidence and trust with my dentist and the practice.

Dropped as an NHS patient as BUPA went private. No contact regarding this and was informed that the practice is still trying to contact ex patients about going private( 6 months on now) practice informed me that it's a government issue as to why dentists are leaving nhs and government helplines are saying its the dentists. Meanwhile who suffers? Cannot get another nhs dentist and have checked up to a 70 mile radius. 100s of calls to be told NOT TAKING ON. But practices refusing to change the info on there website. It would be laughable if it wasn't so serious.

I am a very nervous patient but the Dentist made me t feel1otally relaxed. I would highly reccomend this dental practise ..The dentist even managed to make me laugh ...

This is a very good dentist practice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The practice is very clean. The appointment system is good and easy to manage. I see the dentist Tanya- I highly recommend her I have been a nervous patient and she is always patient with me and sensitive to my needs. I trust her very much and always feel advice given or treatment recommended is done with the patient at heart.

Excellent service at this dentist. They really look after you! George and Abbey are literally the best dentist and dental nurse you could wish for! Dan on reception is also amazing, always does his job so well, so professional and friendy too. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough!
