I called the practice at 12:21 pm and was able to get an emergency appointment the same day at 2 pm the front desk team was incredibly helpful, caring, and efficient. The dentist was amazing: very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain every step and all available options, which made me feel completely at ease. The dental nurse assisting her was also extremely professional, kind, and supportive. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental surgery. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

Such a fantastic experience, for someone who has MAJOR anxiety issues and also going through a tough time. Treated with respect and given the time to recover. This dental surgery is a place that I would really recommend. Everyone is very welcoming, polite and professional.

They are so lovely at Allen House, can't thank them enough for understanding how much anxiety I get from going to the dentist, they always ask if you're ok while they are checking your teeth and even when they are doing a filling for you. They're the best dentist I have ever been to.

Definitely the most organised, efficient and skilful dentists I have experienced, And I have visited a great many dentists. I read one of the other reviews which mentioned the waiting rooms could do with a makeover, What is much more important is you never spend more than 3 or 4 minutes waiting in one. 10 out of 10 doesn't seem enough. Just had my 6 month check up and Allen House Dental, Ipswich. Very friendly reception staff, my dentist was very professional as was her assistant. The place is very clean and hygenic. My dentist explained everything clearly and was very kind.
