Today was my third visit to Ward and Allison. As someone who has a long-standing fear of the dentist due to childhood trauma, I was extremely anxious about returning after nearly 10 years, especially when I chipped a tooth and needed a filling. Vanya was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in with me at every stage, making sure I felt comfortable before continuing. Thanks to her patience and reassurance, I felt confident enough to book a hygienist appointment today as well. Sreeragi was just as kind and understanding, she worked at my pace and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was happening. Even the gentleman on reception takes the time to explain things thoroughly and ensure you fully understand, which makes such a difference. From start to finish, the care, compassion, and understanding I’ve received at this dental practice have been incredible. I genuinely can’t thank the whole team enough.

Reported for appointment slightly early, but got called in to appointment on time. The reception staff were polite and friendly, and took my payment for my appointment without any issues. The dental nurse was friendly and accompanied me to the surgery. The dentist was polite and friendly and examined my teeth and explained everything as she went along. She explained what the alternatives were for my treatment and gave me the option to choose what I wanted to do.
