My son received great care during the period he had the braces, as well as pre treatment. They discussed all the care, including the need to remove teeth in a way we could understand and agree too. They are very accommodating to my sons need, including not missing school when possible. He had his braces removed two days ago, and I can see a different confidence in him. My name is Melanie, I booked a consultation because I was interested in straightening my teeth with Invisalign. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and professional. What really stood out was the honesty and integrity of the orthodontist. After carefully assessing my teeth, she told me that I didn’t actually need Invisalign because my teeth were already in great shape. She explained that any changes would be very minor and that I likely wouldn’t be satisfied with the end result. She even said that going ahead with treatment would simply be taking my money, and she wasn’t prepared to do that. Instead, she gave me honest, professional advice and suggested that if there was anything I wanted to improve cosmetically, I should speak to my dentist about whether composite bonding might be a more suitable option. It’s so refreshing to meet a healthcare professional who genuinely puts their patients’ best interests first rather than trying to sell unnecessary treatment. I really appreciated her honesty and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for trustworthy, ethical, and professional orthodontic care

I don’t usually write reviews, but the team at The Orthodontic Gallery genuinely deserve one! Around a year after finishing my Invisalign treatment and wearing only Vivera retainers (without a fixed upper retainer), I started noticing my gap slightly returning and a black triangle becoming more prominent, which naturally made me quite anxious. From the moment I raised my concern, Dr. Mandana was understanding, reassuring, and accommodating throughout the whole process.What stood out most to me was how cared for and listened to I felt as a patient. She approached everything with kindness and professionalism, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and supported. I also want to mention Ana, who carried out my Vivera scan and bonding work.She was absolutely great – meticulous, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. What an amazing service - high quality care and lovely human beings who genuinely care for you. Their service has been seamless and drama free (I’ve heard horror stories from friends about other places), not even one hiccup in the two years of Invisilign fitting. Had a year and a bit of invisalign at the orthodontic gallery to correct a tricky open bite and am so happy with the results! i really appreciated everyones kindness and patience throughout the treatment- the staff are so excited for you and it just makes you feel so excited as well! My teeth are 99% perfect due to a tricky canine but I’m super happy still 💗 many many many thanks to the OG team!
