Dr Zaman took my wisdom tooth out in no less than 3 minutes today! What an absolute pleasure it was. He made sure I was calm, gave me reassurance and his overall service was 10/10. Also a shoutout to Nurse Maria who was very helpful. Highly recommend Dr Zaman! Thank you

Jennifer And Steph are amazing they put you at ease straight away and I now enjoy going to the dentist (apart from the cost). The bedside manner of both Jennifer and Steph is brilliant, Jennifer explains everything she is doing and tells you all about the treatment from start to finish. They are both very sociable and always ask what I have been doing and holidays and such like. They have turned my wife's perception of dentists around and she no longer needs to be worried about going. AMAZING A*

Great to see Jennifer and her assistant today. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. They are both very professional and I feel well looked after giving sound advice and presenting options for further treatment that I can choose.

Just recovering from having 2 teeth out over the last week, like most people I’m not the best at the dentist … however I was with Jennifer and Steph and that’s a whole different ball game. They were both fantastic! Jennifer talked me through it all and Steph putting me at ease. Both not only professional but also so friendly, understandings and helpful For me they were brilliant… thank you both so much for making having teeth out bearable

Esther and Yulia were amazing when my son had to go for a filling. He was very nervous and they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing to me as they went along. Lovely people and nice practice. Highly recommend!

Esther the dentist and nurse Karen took good care of me. I had to have an extraction and I have had bad experience in the past. They reassured me during the whole process and taking it one step at time. Thanks. Your aftercare was great. Even a phone call from the dentist the following day to check on me. Well done. 😁

Very disappointed in the recent service I received from one of the dentists. All this practice seems to care about is money! I do agree with other people’s complaints that NhS patients are treated differently. My sons dentist thank his is in maternity leave, she has a very poor athir and does the bare minimum at appointments! Infact she utterly useless! If there’s a build up of plaque then remove it!! Is it selfishness or laziness! Hopefully she doesn’t return! Pedro was his previous dentist another useless arrogant dentist! Happy to read someone received a full refund! Due to his malpractice! A hygienist appointment is 30 mins yet the majority of the time you’re in & out within 15-20 yet paying for 30mins and the treatment keeps rising in price! I do have another major isdue but firstly going to put in a formal complaint in writing! Waiting now for the sarcastic response!
