This is my honest and based on our experience review. My daughter with special needs started seeing Dr. Williams because her front teeth was going forward and the bottom one is all over the place. We started with jaw training, then braces (my daughter always looks forward to coming in because she gets to change her braces colour everytime). The ache everytime the braces gets tightened is always relieved by paracetamol and only lasts 1-2 days. The team is always professional and considerate of my daughters circumstances. For a child with learning disabilities, my daughter is probably one of the few patients who loves going to the dentist! Dr. Williams is always gentle and kind! I highly recommend going to Anglia Orthodentist! Professionally competent people and you will get the best results for your orthodentic problems.
Not helpful. Cancelled appointment on the same day. Then arranged appointment with my teenage daughter who can't make this decision without consulting me first and when I tried to call to rearrange no answer for two days now... Really disappointing customer service from Anglia Orthodontics
