I cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff are thoroughly professional and very friendly, instantly putting me at ease. Karl was outstanding. He clearly loves his work and his enthusiasm is great. I actually enjoyed my my appointment!

The clinic itself was clean, modern, and very well-organized. The dentist Karl was outstanding—thorough, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Overall, it was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality, friendly, and professional dental care.

I had a fantastic experience at Smiles in Tandem. Dr. Imaan is incredibly thorough and explained every step of the new patient process so clearly that the whole appointment felt completely stress-free. What really stood out to me was how detailed and informative the appointment was. She took full mouth photographs and X-rays and then showed me everything on the screen. We actually sat down together and went through it all, discussing exactly what I needed and what my treatment options were. I’ve never had a dentist do this before, and it made such a difference. I felt genuinely involved in my own care and much more informed about my oral health. I even got to see parts of my mouth that I’d never seen before! You can really tell that Dr. Imaan loves looking after her patients. She puts you completely at ease, takes pride in what she does, and makes sure you fully understand everything. It’s rare to find a dentist who is this thorough, caring, and passionate about their work. It’s also rare to find a team that makes a dental visit feel this easy and actually pleasant. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Imaan and the Smiles in Tandem team.

Needed a crown. In the past it was a case of going in, having a putty type of mould made to be sent away for the crown to be made meanwhile a temp fix put in place. Then wait for a week for the crown to come back to have it fitted. Not the case at Smiles. All done in house in one visit. Carl explains what is going on throughout the process. Karl is the third implant surgeon whom I have had work done by and he is by far the most skilled and reliable. In addition, he is professional (but also friendly) and has just completed an excellent addition to my existing implants. At all stages of the procedure Karl explained what was going to happen and put my mind at ease. I have already recommended Karl to a family member and would not hesitate to use his services again for myself.

I had an emergency appointment regarding my sensitive tooth and was seen by the practice within short notice. When I visited the practice today I was in the care of Gus. He recommended me a treatment to help with my sensitive tooth. After it was done, I had immediate relief and I am happy with the result. If I ever need to visit a dentist I will definitely go to see Gus again.

Outstanding customer care from Karl and the team from start to finish. The technology was amazing. I had a digital scan, no dental impression/mold required, and my crown was made right there in my presence in less than 15minutes. It was fitted on the same day in one visit. Thank you.
