We’ve really had a brilliant experience with Richard and the team at Total Orthodontics in Hove! Both daughters now have perfectly aligned teeth thanks to their very methodical & professional service. We moved to Total after becoming exasperated with slow & ineffective NHS treatment at a near by practice. Total have very straightforward pricing and the treatment has been exactly as per the plan. They went above and beyond with one daughter, being very compassionate about her anxiety over her gaps & braces and adjusting the treatment plan to help her. The aftercare has also been exemplary and they are always very accommodating when making or changing appointments. I’m so glad we went with Total Orthodontics. Thank you!!

Lorraine behind the desk was super great, efficient on the phone booking me in last minute, very welcoming. And then a gorgeous friendly smile as I walked in this morning, and remembered who I was from our phone call. Jennifer was a very friendly and efficient dentist too! Great with me and very gentle, and did anything she could to help me. Very clean and nice dentist! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere

I recently took all three of my children to Dr. Richard for orthodontic treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results. Each of my children had different orthodontic needs and Dr. Richard and the team were able to create personalized treatment plans for each of them. The staff at the reception (especially Lorraine) were always friendly and accommodating, making it a positive experience for my kids. Dr Richard was patient and understanding with each of my children, explaining the treatment process in a way that they could understand. After completing their treatment, I am amazed at the transformation in their smiles. Their teeth look straight and healthy, and they are all so much more confident now. I am grateful to Dr. Richard and the team for the excellent care they provided for my children and I highly recommend him to other families in need of orthodontic treatment. First time at Total Brighton. Absolutely delighted with the service and environment. I needed a quick appointment and they accommodated me. Lorraine was a delight to speak to and organised treatment with Claire and Yasim, who were not just lovely, but provided professional advice and treatment, perfectly solving the issue I had and made recommendations and an adjustment to ensure my post orthodontic treatment smile stays as it is. A welcome upgrade on the service I had in Dubai (which was great) - needless to say, I would recommend Total and the team there in a heartbeat. Thank you Total.

This is my second time at Total Orthodontics Brighton. I first came here 16 years ago when I was 12 years old, I am now 28. Both times I have had the pleasure of having Jennifer Parmar as my dentist. Jen is outstanding at her job and she has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Ever since I was a child, I have wonderful memories of my appointments and I am so grateful I was able to come back and receive treatment from Jen again. The practice will not be the same without her. I’m wishing her all the best of luck in the future and she will be missed dearly! Thank you Jen and the rest of the staff at Total Orthodontics, you’ve been amazing! x

Great experience from start to finish Jen and all her team made me feel so at ease. Certain parts of the treatment at the start Jen could see I was anxious about, so didn’t go ahead with them and worked around it. They really do care about their patients and the journey you go on to find that smile you’ve always wanted. Highly recommend, thanks again to all. Australia with my new smile has been amazing so far!

The team at Total Orthodontic is super friendly, welcoming and really put us at ease. We have seen Richard and Jennifer the Orthodontists who have helped us navigate a tricky decision process for our daughter aged 14. The management team Lina and Lorraine are very approachable and friendly which makes a huge difference to how you feel when you arrive and are greeted.
