Had a filling done today and it was a great experience. My dentist Miss Nimmi Patel was so friendly and did an amazing job. The filling feels so natural that I can’t even tell it’s there. The nurse Nirmala was lovely too. Both were welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. They’re clearly very good at what they do and I’m really pleased with the care I received.

Friendly caring staff, I had a root canal performed recently by Dr Patel. The dentist took care to explain everything including the X-Ray images, the best part was I experienced no pain after the anaesthetic wore off. Thank you!

I attended an appointment recently and unfortunately left feeling extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Upon arriving, the two receptionists appeared visibly uninterested and did not greet me with even a simple hello or smile until I spoke first to say I had an appointment. Throughout the check-in process, I felt dismissed rather than welcomed. While completing details on the iPad provided, both receptionists were having a very loud conversation between themselves, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful in a reception setting. What is noticed is what's been discussed was not mentioned in my records which seems a bit shady to why, I also felt spoken to in a way that came across as dismissive and unnecessarily difficult when I made a simple request that could have easily been handled. What stood out most was that their demeanour noticeably changed when other patients arrived, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable and disheartening. A welcoming attitude, basic courtesy, and professionalism should be the minimum expectation in any patient-facing environment, and sadly, this experience fell far below that standard.

I have been to the vicarage farm dental centre 3 times and I’ve had Miss Patel every time as my Denist.I absolutely love Miss Patel she’s kind,polite,Friendly,calming and very professional. I am a nervous patient but some how Miss Patel managed to keep me calm the whole way through my treatment,To say I’m happy with the treatment I received is an understatement Miss Patel went above and beyond. Im actually looking forward to going back to see her.
