I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this is the best dental care I’ve ever received. From day one, the team has been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain treatments clearly, answer any questions, and make sure I feel completely at ease. Over the years, I’ve had everything from routine check-ups and cleanings to more complex treatments, and every experience has been excellent. The dentist Ssnjay Chopra is highly skilled, gentle, and meticulous. I’ve always felt I was in the very best hands. The practice is modern, spotless, and run with true attention to detail. It’s rare to find a dentist you can trust completely, but after more than two decades, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care with a personal touch.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Philip Hayter and the staff at Highland View when my own dentist advised me that I needed some impacted wisdom teeth extracted. As I did not want to go into hospital for this procedure, I researched for a specialist Oral Surgeon and found Highland View in Hornchurch. Dr Hayter immediately put me at ease and explained what needed to be done. I was lucky enough to have the procedure done straight away without any problems. I recently recommended my son, who also needed wisdom teeth extracted. I would highly recommend Dr Hayter and this practice.

I had an excellent experience with Sarah the Periodontist at this practice. I felt completely at ease from the moment she saw me, her clam and reassuring manner made a real difference. Sarah thoroughly answered my questions with clarity and patience, I never felt rushed. She took the time to explain each question in a way that was easy to understand. Her attentiveness and professionalism is very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for expert care delivered with empathy and clear communication.

First time at this dentist. So accommodating and happy to help. Really did make a huge difference to have a second appointment booked on the same day to ensure the problem was dealt with there and then. Very grateful to Sanjay Chopra for acting so promptly and getting me pain free ASAP.

I was very nervous about just calling the dentist as needed emergency tooth extraction. The receptionist of the phone was phenomenal and credit to the practice. Reassuring, knowledgable and patient with all my questions. When I arrived, again everyone was welcoming, polite and the rooms were very calming. Dr Phillip Hayter and his colleague were brilliant and explained the process before anyone asked me to sit in the chair. Once the extraction was agreed (same day as they had time) they even walked me through to the recovery room so I could prepare for where I was to go afterwards. Every member of staff is a credit to the profession. I was particularly impressed with my follow up phone cal lot check in a few days after. A thoughtful, kind and patient practice. I recently had my first hygienist appointment at Higand View Dental Surgery with Aina and it was a great experience. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The practice itself was very welcoming and I will be coming back.

Good dentist but seriously let me down when I was charged additional £75 on top of treatment for "emergency appointment" booked 4 days after my phone call without even informing me about extra charge when booking. Very disappointing especially that I spent about £10k for mine and my wife's treatment in last 1.5 year there. Won't be going there anymore. Edit: Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it still does not explain why I was charged emergency fee for appointment 4 days after my phone call. I can understand charge for same day appointment, next day latest but not 4 days. Also if I wasn't informed about an extra emergency fee (as you just confirmed) I should not be charged for it.
