As a nervous patient attending the dentist has always been unsettling for me. The receptionist Kelly has always put me at ease, and is so understanding of my situation and so caring it made the whole experience much easier. All the staff at Hacton lane dental are wonderful and I cannot rate them highly enough

Raj is a fab dentist - competent , friendly and reassuring .His communication clarity is incredible. The outcome was astonishing for me even after a short visit . Very professional service received from Annika and also Raj. Both are very knowledgeable and excellent at their craft. Annika fitted my permanent braces and she’s such a lovely, welcoming lady. I’m so pleased I chose Hacton for my orthodontic treatment. I’ve had so many lovely compliments since my braces have been removed ☺️. I had a fantastic experience at Hacton Dental Care with hygienist Kiran Chowdhury and her assistant Lisa. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional. I had some severe neglect issues with my teeth and was honestly quite anxious, but everything was handled quickly, thoroughly, and as painlessly as possible. Kiran explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. As a first-time customer, I was also given a complimentary airflow polish, which was a really nice touch and made a noticeable difference. I left feeling relieved, well cared for, and much more confident about my dental health. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at this dentistry office. Dr. Balraj Sohal is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout every visit. I’ve had a filling done here as well as multiple teeth cleaning appointments, and each time the care has been thorough and gentle. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and well-organized, which makes appointments easy and stress-free. Everything is clearly explained, and I always feel confident that I’m in good hands. I have been a patient for about 13 years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable practice. Recent treatment last week for crowns where you need to know the job is done properly with no problems
