Dentist Practice Katoomba in Horley

I recently attended Katoomba Dental Practice and had a fantastic experience with Dr Kajaniy. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr Kajaniy was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the appointment. The treatment was gentle and thorough, and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. It’s clear that patient comfort is a top priority here. I left feeling very happy with the results and much more confident about future dental visits. I would highly recommend Dr Kajaniy and the team at Katoomba Dental Practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

After suffering with severe wisdom tooth pain for about four weeks, I decided to visit Katoomba Dental Surgery, and I’m so grateful I did. My regular dentist had already advised that the tooth would likely need to be extracted and had referred me to the hospital, which meant waiting while I was still in a lot of pain. My husband then booked me an appointment at Katoomba Dental Surgery. Sandy, at reception was incredibly kind, caring and helpful. She suggested I email my X-ray from my local dentist so that Dr Lui could review it before my appointment, which I really appreciated. I also spoke with Dr Lui on the phone beforehand and he was very patient and understanding while I explained the severe symptoms I had been experiencing. He wanted to examine my mouth himself, so I was able to see him later that same day. After taking another X-ray, Dr Lui explained that the best option would be to extract the tooth. Although he mentioned he doesn’t usually do extractions straight away, he could see how much pain I was in and kindly went ahead to help relieve it. I’d also like to mention the other reception staff who were so warm and welcoming when I arrived. The whole team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I’m very thankful for the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at the clinic and would highly recommend them.

I have been attending this Dental practice for many many many years!!!! The treatment , kindness and care always first class from the Reception staff, Hygienist Jo, and Dentist Naveed Jamil. I was very sad to learn that Naveed retired recently so wondered who would now look after me I needn't have worried as I met my new dentist, Kajaniy, for my check up today. She is a lovely caring lady who will do very well at Katoomba.

I am very very happy with my dentures and all of the service I have reviewed. I went in with 10 year old ill fitting NHS dentures and 6 rotten teeth which I thought would have to be removed. The dentist reassured me to my surprise that I could keep my teeth and then got me fitted for new ones in a timely manner. I now have great dentures that are comfortable, are actually a help to my health as I am a severe sufferer of Chrome's and now being able to properly chew food is helping significantly. I highly recommend this dentists.

My first time to Katoomba Dentist Practice and what a fantastic practice it is! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr Liu and he was brilliant. A true professional and I left very happy with the end result. I now have no discomfort at all. Would highly recommend!

My fiancé and I joined Katoomba recently and can not rate this Dental Practice highly enough. As a very nervous patient I was reluctant to go, but with our wedding drawing closer we decided to join after reading all the other excellent reviews. From the moment we walked through the door we felt so welcome, and at ease. Sandy on reception was so lovely and helpful. Dr Loader and Suzanne helped us get our smiles looking great for our wedding and the treatment we have received has been excellent. Everything has been done to the highest standard, was completely pain free and I actually feel confident going to the dentists now. Couldn’t thank everyone at Katoomba enough.
