I've been seeing Ellie for a number of years now for both skin and dental treatments, and the standard of care has always been consistently high. Ellie is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Nav and the team were calm, professional, and reassuring throughout my dental treatment. The experience was far more comfortable than expected, and the level of care was excellent. Overall, a very well run clinic with a thoughtful, personalised approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellie and the team.

The staff here are truly amazing!! From the moment I walked in everyone was so lovely and welcoming and made everything super easy for me. The place itself is so clean and just a really calming environment. Eleanor really does provide the highest standard of care. She immediately put me at ease and is so friendly. I went for dental treatments and can’t thank her enough. She is so knowledgeable and taught me so much already about improving my dental routine/ hygiene and really took her time to explain every thing to me with no judgement at all. She absolutely loves what she does which is so comforting and has inspired me to improve my dental care . For my treatments she always explains everything to me and always checks that I’m okay throughout and honestly I just always end up having the loveliest time which I never thought I would say about going for a dental appointment. So thank you to all the staff 🙂

I visited Windsor Street Dental after noticing a small bruise-like area on the inside of my lip that had been there for over six weeks following a recent holiday to Egypt. I was understandably worried, but from the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and caring — especially when I became upset. They were so thorough and reassuring. I was invited back that same evening for a second opinion with another member of the team, and they made sure my husband could be there with me for support. They took photographs and promptly referred me to the LRI Maxillofacial Clinic. Thanks to their quick action, the area was assessed and removed within just two weeks of being seen at Windsor Street Dental. While I was there, I also purchased an SPF 30 lip balm from reception — and now I wouldn’t be without it! I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for their professionalism, compassion, and swift care. I’m so grateful to the whole team.

What can I say about Windsor Street Dental! Ellie and her team are absolutely fab, always make you feel welcome, you can have a real laugh and they certainly know their stuff! I have been travelling over an hour away over the last year and a half to see Ellie for my skin and she has honestly worked wonders. She understands skin like no one I’ve ever met and my skin is now healthier, brighter and stronger thanks to her.
