High Peak Dental Care

Words just cannot express how I feel about the current team at High Peak Dental Care in Chapel. The Principal Dentist, Chaz, has an excellent team around him and for the first time in my life, my dentist is definitely a friend. Everybody in this practice that has been involved in my treatment to date, has made my experience so positive. Not only have you all improved my smile, you've improved my emotional health and given me back my personality...that friend of ours as Chaz put it (a failing tooth that was on its last legs) was really getting me down... and those who are closest to me and immediately around me, have noticed the big change in my smile, but more importantly, my personality. They now have their "Steve" back. And they too want to thank all of the team at this practice 👍🏽👍🏽. Not only have I got to know you all a bit better this last year, I have also seen some of your other patients too and chatted to them. All seven of them sung your teams praises too. You all make a massive difference to people's lives and you all deserve to be very proud by what you do. Thank you all so much for being very patient with me. I will see you soon 👍🏽👍🏽

We have used this dental practice for years and very satisfied. The treatments are carried out well and you are kept informed of whats going on. All the staff are friendly and put you at your ease. My wife is disabled and they always take very good care of her.

I wouldn't usually leave a review for a Dentist, but High Peak Dental Care is truly fabulous, so I really had to... Mercedes contacted me about my father (who has early onset dementia) as he kept missing appointments. She was genuinely concerned and was even going to the trouble of calling him on the mornings of every appointments to help out. So when that didn't work and he still didn't arrive, she then contacted me through his GP practice to make sure he was ok! What an amazing caring lady she really is! Thank you Mercedes I really appreciate everything you have done, you're an absolute credit to the practice. Since taking my dad to his appointments, I've realised that the whole team is exceptional, reassuring, caring and sincere which is very rare these days. If this is your dental practice, you're very lucky to have them. 10/10 on every level.

Cannot praise the wonderful team at high peak dental care enough... They are so wonderful with us all. All the family are on a dental plan and they are so good with my children. My eldest has extreme fear and they are always so good with her and very supportive. All our visits always go as well as they can go. All the staff are just so lovely and it feels like a big family. Definitely 5 star worthy setting.

Nobody likes going to the dentist but to say this dental practice is utterly amazing is an understatement. My Dentist is Shaz & he is an absolute star in every way. Couldn’t be more patient, knowledgeable & kind. My friends that have had scale & polish at other dental practices were warning me it’s brutal with lots of pain, bleeding & sore gums afterwards so I prepared for the worst! This was not my experience at all with Shaz. I’m in shock that the whole thing was easy & painless both during & after! Absolute doddle and I really dislike any dental treatment. The results are amazing. I have a big lovely smile with lovely white teeth! He literally explains every single thing with the best analogies and has a lovely warming sense of humour that would put any dental phobic at ease. All the girls are really lovely, helpful and friendly which really makes it a very welcoming place. Great experience, which is not usual for a dentist!

I booked in to the practice for a check up, where I met Mr Usmaan Khan. Together, we agreed on a dental plan, which would address the problems I was experiencing from my NHS dental work quite a few years ago. The first thing that I noticed was how kind and gentle Usmaan was when he had to inject my mouth with the numbing liquid. Having had many injections from the NHS, I was surprised to feel hardly any pain and the numbness wore off far sooner than any other injections I have had. Just Amazing! I had quite a lot of dental work and all the time, Usmaan was really professional, whilst maintaining a good sense of humour. He really knows how to connect with his patients. I am very grateful to Mr Usmaan Khan and his dental assistants and would like to say a great big 'Thank you' to all of the staff at High Peak Dental Care.
