D H S Dental Practice

This dentist has the most HORRIBLE AND RUDE receptionist that I have ever had to deal with. Arrogant and definitely thinks that she’s better than everyone calling. Doesn’t care, isn’t polite and even threatens not to let your children to see the dentist. I’ve had multiple dealings with her and not one has gone well. I’ve moved myself and my children to a friendlier dentist that cares and respects patients and has time for them. I was with this clinic for around 5/6 years and not once have the noticed issues with my children teeth, new ones have said loads and helped loads this dentist isn’t worth the hastle judt find a new one and leave these worse people ever

This rating is purely down to one receptionist (Pauline) who I've had the misfortune of dealing with a few times as I've had quite a few issues with my teeth. She's rude and even threatened to not let me back in to see the dentist after i was sent back to reception for the local anesthesia to kick all because she had misunderstood everything and was demanding I make payment for a tooth I was having follow up on and had already paid for. She literally argued with me at reception Infront of other patients. Whenever I call and it's her on the phone, i dread it. The other receptionist, Julie is amazing and has always treated me with respect.

This dentist has the worst receptionist Pauline ever known! She is rude And undermining! Don’t complain to her as she will talk to you like a petulant child. She left me from 8am with a loose stitch I’ve bled for 3 days and rings back at 4.30 when the practice is about to close! The dentist butchers you and she has no time for anyone she’s in the wrong job and if they mess your mouth up they take 0 responsibilities for it

I visited this dentist as a new patient today and it was a really lovely experience (as much as going to the dentist can be!) The young girl on reception (Shakeela) was lovely, and the dentist and dental nurse were welcoming and helpful, answered all my questions and booked in promptly for follow up treatment. Can’t fault it at all. Really pleased 🙂

Had the last 4 appointments cancelled on the day on myself and my three children. Highly annoying when arrangements are made with work and schools to go!! Not been to the dentist now since before lockdown.

Very professional Zafer and his Assistant like to Thank for the treatment given carry on the Good work.

Always found DHS dental practice very professional friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery.
