Hexham Dental Clinic, Cosmetic & Implant Centre

The staff are always kind and my treatment experience has always been really good. I can't fault them. My understanding of my teeth, my mouth and its care has improved a lot since joining the Clinic 10 years ago. My teeth are in much better shape because of the team - highly recommend.

My teeth were in a state and I was quite upset as it seemed impossible to get any acknowledgement even of a problem with the NHS. But Brooke did a wonderful assessement by constructing a 3-D image, and then Sophie talked through all the options with me. She is so good at explaining, at listening, at understanding and so kind. She is also an amazing dentist - everything she does looks great - and I feel very safe with her. I have seen some of the others for emergencies and hygeine appointments too - and they are all similarly excellent - as are the receptionists and nurses. I am now nearing the end of a considerable amount of treatment and I can say that the treatment has been worth every penny.

First time seeing Dentist for examination and advice on dental management. Pleasant practice environment, polite and unhurried staff. Detailed consultation, listening to history issues and current presentation. Plenty of time for information and advice. Management plan made in best interests of dental condition. No ‘sales pitch’ for anything unnecessary. Really impressed with the whole approach and have booked in my ongoing treatment. Thank you

I needed an emergency appointment for a back tooth extraction that was causing me an immense amount of pain. I am working in Hexham area so not a patient of the clinic. After ringing 8 other dental practices, Hexham Dental Clinic made me an appointment. The dentist was amazing, she took the time to fully examine the problem and talk to me to put me at ease , not try and rush me out the door. The procedure was painless and quick and I felt like I had been treated not like a walk in customer, but rather like I had been there all my life. I can't thank them enough.

I rang Hexham Dental Clinic at 8.30am today after experiencing a lot of pain during the weekend. I was seen by Simon Lee, my dentist, at 9.45am. He was generous with his time and his detailed explanation, and I was most grateful. I have nothing but praise for him.
