I am extremely satisfied with my dental implant procedure. The care I received was absolutely fantastic — the team looked after me incredibly well from start to finish. I felt safe, calm, and fully supported throughout the whole process. I did not experience any pain or discomfort at all, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. The time passed surprisingly quickly, which shows how comfortable and well cared for I felt. I truly couldn’t have asked for better care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental implants.

Today was my first visit, and I was a nervous wreck... But I need not have worried. What a lovely reception I received... I was greeted by warm, friendly and professional staff. I was offered reassurance and a nice cup of tea was provided while I waited. I felt calm, and reassured within minutes. I can't get over how lovely everyone was. This is before any treatment was discussed or agreed, so I know it's not all about the money, but genuinely about good quality care, and good old fashioned people skills. I got talking to another customer in the waiting room, and he couldn't speak more highly of the team. By the end of my appointment I could see why,,, I have never had a trip to the dentist quite like it... It was surreal. I had all my x-rays and examinations today, and a lovely member of the team discussed the options available to me. I didn't once feel pressured, and in fact felt really supported. I'm really looking forward to my smile, using an option I didn't know existed... and it's so affordable. I'm so excited now and can't wait. I will be reporting back so watch this space. I'm looking forward to my visits instead of dreading them, can't wait to get cracking to be honest... Let's go team! Will let everyone know how it goes. So far I have had a really great experience at YDS. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt very welcoming and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted and talked me through the best options for achieving my ideal smile. I decided to go ahead with teeth whitening and porcelain veneers, and I felt completely confident in the recommendations given. The team truly went above and beyond to arrange appointments around my tight timeline, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very impressed so far and I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing the results of my smile makeover.

Fantastic service for first initial visit. Everyone was kind, friendly & welcoming, particularly receptionist Lara. I have a phobia of dentists but Lara kept checking on me throught my first visit, making sure I was OK, offering drinks & she definitely knew the treatment options thoroughly to talk about each stage. Would definitely recommend this clinic, as everything was perfect!

Ive just had my first consultation for clear aligners at this dental practice, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Complimentary drinks and welcome too! The reception staff and dentist were incredibly friendly and took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve with my smile. They explained the clear aligner process in a really clear, straightforward way—covering how the treatment works, how long it might take, and what kind of results I could expect. What I appreciated most was how thorough the consultation was and also used scans and visuals to show what my teeth look like, and listened to what I desired my teeth to look like. I left feeling informed, reassured, and genuinely confident about starting treatment.
