I had to see my dentist Simon in an emergency, and as always, he was calm, patient, and very reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The assistant and reception team were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m very grateful for the care and kindness I received.

I recently saw Sarah at Hertfordshire Dental Group and had such a positive experience. I’m quite nervous about dental appointments due to past issues, but she was incredibly kind, gentle and reassuring throughout. She explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental appointment feeling calm and looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Since joining the Hertfordshire Dental Group, I have lost all fear of dental appointments. Today was no exception. I was seen on time by John who first introduced me to his gentle assistant, Megan, then took a few moments to put me at ease and ask general questions about my health. He explained to me every step he was taking, examined my teeth with great care and then took the time to provide me with a clear report. I don’t think I could ask for better treatment than I received today.

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Jon Nicholas, and I couldn’t be happier — I’ve genuinely never been happier with my teeth. The outcome after just a few months has been amazing. From the very first appointment to the final check-up, the entire process was smooth, easy, and clearly explained at every stage. I’ve never been a big fan of dentists, but Jon completely changed my mindset. His calm attitude, professionalism, and the modern equipment he uses made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re considering Invisalign or any dental treatment, I couldn’t recommend Jon highly enough. An excellent experience from start to finish.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Phoned in the morning and got an emergency appointment that day, and the repair on my tooth is so good you can’t even tell it’s been redone with filling, it looks like a brand new tooth. All the staff I spoke to were very polite and professional. Cannot fault this place.

Went into dentist due to having broken a tooth and being in awful pain. The lady in reception was very professional and went to see the dentist to check if I could be fitted in. Having white coat syndrome it was a big thing to be met by the very professional Raj who talked me through everything and was not what I had experienced from dentists in the past. Everything that was needed to get me out of immediate pain was dealt with within the hour and a plan has been made for extraction once the infected area is clear. Many thanks for your kindness.
