I would thoroughly recommend Hertford Dental Health Care. Dr Salman and his wonderful assistant helped me with a wisdom tooth extraction, which I managed to do without sedation. I am very anxious about the dentist and didn’t think I’d be able to cope but they were both so calm, professional and reassuring. Jan on reception is also very welcoming and super helpful. This is not my normal dentist, I was referred for their specialist x-ray facility, however I am now going to join the practice, as it has been such a positive experience

Dr Salman and Sophie have made coming to the dentist such a positive experience, I’m a nervous patient but they’re so encouraging and patient. I’d really recommend this practice as I’ve had a nothing but positive experience as they’ve walked me through the steps of my treatment plan. Thankyou Jan and Dr Salman for my first time at the dentist in 5 years. I was very anxious but as soon as I walked into reception Jan was there to greet me with a warm smile. Soft music playing and comfy chairs. Dr Salman talked to me all the time , reasursuring me and making sure I was ok.I actually relaxed, and that was a first!!! tooth was extracted with no pain at all. Friendly professional approach. Clear explanation of my options. Very caring to ensure I was happy during my treatment. Great relief to find that the nurse knew how to use the suction so I didn’t feel I was drowning.

My visit to clinic gives me a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionist always welcome patients with smile and greeting, two lovely dental nurses Gemma and her colleague are absolutely the best. The nurses work alongside the most knowledgeable and highly professional Dr. Salman, who is incredibly attentive to the details. They teamwork ensures excellent patient care, creating reassuring experience. The clinic is clean and well organised. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality dental care.
