Wonderful dental practice! The team is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. My daughter used to be very nervous about visiting the dentist, but now she absolutely loves coming. She adores her dentist and refuses to see anyone else because she makes her feel so comfortable and at ease.

Meenu and Dr Harjinder are an absolute dream team! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel completely at ease with their kindness, warmth, and professionalism. There’s genuinely nothing to feel nervous about in their care. They explain everything thoroughly and compassionately, always making sure you fully understand your treatment and feel comfortable throughout the process. Most importantly, their dental work is exceptional. I received a very thorough examination and an amazing filling that both looks and feels great. Thank you so much, ladies! x Samy was an amazing hygienist! He is super gentle when needed but still ensures he gives you the best clean. He is also very informative and helpful in regard to aftercare, highly recommend!

I’m sharing this because the practice emailed me asking for feedback. To be clear, the dentist and dental nurse were 5-star—perfect service, very professional, and I didn't mind the 5-minute delay at all. The lower rating is solely due to the reception area. The two young staff members working on the afternoon of 17/12 were polite enough when checking me in, but the rest of the time they were having a very loud, inappropriate conversation about their dating history and preferences in men. The entire waiting room could hear every detail of their personal lives. It made for a pretty uncomfortable environment and felt very unprofessional for a dental practice. I’m happy with the dental work itself, but the "front of house" atmosphere really let the visit down.

This one star not for the nurse and dentist...its for the reception. They booked me a private appointment and i said im 34 weeks pregnant can i do the exemption one with nhs. They cancelled my private one on april, rebooked for may (they said thats the only available for nhs patient) and turned up i still have to pay 85 pounds cz its private..i had cancelled my holiday for this. what a waste of time...

Saravana Goteti was professional and aware of my tooth fracture caused by another dentist. He was very kind and positive with regard to my treatment. Thank you for restoring my faith in a dentist that has been a pleasure to be his patient.

I forgot to ask about getting one more dose of teeth whitening gel like I usually do there. I asked 30s after leaving the dentist and got told to wait 30minutes, after this they said that did not have gel anyway. Very annoying as I have now have to wait 6 months for next visit to purchase the gel.

The dental hygienist was incredibly diligent, I had left it a long time between appointments and was very nervous, but they were thoughtful and helpful and my teeth look so much better.
