I have been coming to Rossgate Dental Surgery for close to 25 years, and it is hands down the best dental experience you could ask for. You are treated like a valued customer, not just a patient. Everyone here is genuinely friendly - the kind of place where you’re greeted with smiles, not intimidation. If you’re looking for a dentist where you’ll dread your appointment and feel nervous the whole time, this is not the place for you. Here, you’ll actually look forward to coming in. What really sets them apart is the attention to detail. Even though you only see them twice a year, they remember birthdays, little details from past conversations, and the things that matter to you. It’s rare, and it’s why I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their dental care to feel personal, comfortable, and genuinely top-class.

Rossgate Dental Practice truly delivers exceptional care from the moment you walk in. Casey at reception is always so friendly and welcoming—she sets a positive tone right away. Lucy was fantastic, making me feel completely at ease with her kind and professional approach. And Charlotte, the amazing hygienist, did a brilliant job and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and even enjoyable. The team works seamlessly together, and it really shows. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Had an appointment to visit Charlotte the hygienist. Felt very nervous but from the moment I walked through the door the friendly, reassurance from Casey, the kindness from Lucy and the professional and gentle treatment from Charlotte who explained everything as she went along made me feel at ease. So pleased I found this practice … highly recommend.

Been great since registering! Booking/ changing appointments has been easy & organised. My registered dentist & dental nurse during the appointment was calm, provided me with lots of reassurance and listened to me. Really helped to reduce my anxiety so thank you! Practice is very welcoming and puts me at ease especially as I’m a slightly nervous patient. Anjali makes sure you’re comfortable and explains your treatment very well . I’m especially pleased with her recent recommendation and treatment to close the small gap between my two front teeth it looks very natural and wish someone had told me this was possible years ago.I have no hesitation at all in recommending this practice.😀
