I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough I'm extremely thank that I am registered with this Dentists. Neil is highly professional and very experienced. He has a no nonsence, human approach to his patients and always tells you what treatment he would advise should you need any further work doing and let's you make the decision to proceed or not. He fully explains the procedures involved, time frames and breaks down all the costs to you beforehand. All of the staff are both friendly and welcoming, they go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and don't treat you as just another number so you know you are in good hands. So should you need to find a Dental practice you cannot go wrong by registering with them, it certainly was the best decision I made when I was looking for a new Dentist.

From the moment I walked in, Neil, Georgiana, Brigitta and the entire reception team made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly and genuinely caring. What initially started as a visit for a second opinion on some routine treatment turned into an amazing journey that’s left me with shiny, white, straight teeth – a real Hollywood smile! All the options available for Invisalign were clearly explained, and the team took the time to explore the best course of treatment for me, without any pressure. The dental hygienist was also fantastic. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and provided helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. The entire team at the practice is professional, friendly, and highly skilled. I highly recommend this dentist and their team to anyone looking for dental care in the Hertfordshire area. They truly care about their patients and provide top-notch service.

I hadn't been to a dentist for too long and perhaps I was too embarrassed for the last couple of years. My initial phone call to the practice was extremely positive and friendly which helped me. It was the same when I walked into the practice, welcoming staff and calm atmosphere. Neil was so engaging and when he said, we'll give you your smile back, I never imagined how much he could achieve and it exceeded anything I thought possible. I cannot express how brilliant everyone is there. Neil is the dentist, but all of the staff have the same attitude, to help as he does.

I am so very happy🤗 20’years of not going to the dentist -my fear was just overwhelming . I finally decided I had to go and I’m so glad i did. Neil has been amazing and so patient with me. I have had treatment over a few months and now have the confidence to go back. The staff from the reception team to the dental nurses are amazing!! Can’t thank them enough . Neil was great, patient, caring and professional. He explained every process thoroughly. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my treatment. Georgina, the hygienist was also extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend a visit to this dentist.

I've been seeing Neil at Grove Hill for must be 15 years. He is always efficient and effective, always explains what needs doing and gives you options but doesn't try to push you into anything. The nurses too are very good. Definitely recommended.
