A wonderful family run dentist at the heart of Cuckfield. Great staff who are friendly and professional, with fantastic attention to detail. I particularly like the email & text warning I receive to remind me I have an appointment... this has saved me a few times now 🙂 The reception staff always make you feel at ease (Helen & Laura come to mind), the hygienist (I use Rhiannon) and Dentist (Simon). I can't speak highly enough for how they've looked after me and my teeth over the years! Would highly recommend

I had an excellent experience at Cuckfield Dental Practice, from start to finish. The whole team were welcoming, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. Jess and Amy were outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my dental hygiene and wellbeing really stood out. The practice itself was clean, modern and very well organised. This is Ruth posting for us both. We have been fortunate to find Simon's practice some years ago whilst working nearby. Since then, we have been happy to travel across Sussex to continue our excellent care. My dental needs have been many and varied over the years and Simon has always provided me with the best outcomes, using the highest level of technical expertise and always with the maximum care for my comfort and well-being. Thank you Simon. My husband David is very happy with his recent excellent treatment on his care plan with Dr.Al Rawi We both appreciate the welcoming atmosphere that comes from the whole team.

Everyone at this practice really takes pride in ensuring you receive the best service and treatment. I’ve seen three dentists here now Jessica, Laura and Simon, they have all been simply the best dentists I’ve ever had. Thank you also to everyone else Kerry and Helen on front desk very professional and also the dental nurses for helping settle my nerves as well.

I cannot praise Cuckfield Dental Practice enough. The receptionists are very warm, welcoming and understanding of patients fears, putting you at ease immediately. Dr Lucy Walsh and her assistant Georgia were so very kind and caring towards me and showed great empathy throughout my treatment, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. I was very anxious but they put me at ease and not once did I feel foolish for being so frightened. If you, like me, have a real fear of the dentist, then this is definitely the dental practice for you. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A very big thank you to the whole team there.

I had an appointment with Sophie Mckay the hygienist on Saturday for a routine appointment. After she had checked my teeth, she gave some good advice on keeping my teeth clean and also what to buy for cleaning them. I felt after my appointment my teeth felt cleaner. We are very lucky to have such a good practice.

I recently underwent some intensive treatment and wanted to share my appreciation for the care I received. Hală’s warmth and kindness made a difficult and painful experience much more manageable. She showed genuine compassion throughout, which made a real difference. I also felt that she went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the treatment was carried out to a very high standard. Her professionalism, combined with her caring approach, gave me a great deal of confidence and reassurance. Thank you for providing such dedicated and thoughtful care.
