East End Lodge Dental Practice

Had a great experience at the Dentist! (And I never thought I’d say that). After not attending for various reasons, I finally plucked up the courage to return. The reception team were welcoming, thank you for making the process easy. The dentist, and the assistant were helpful and explained the process without any judgment. Thank you! Would highly recommend East End Lodge.

Great experience. Had to have a large filling and the dentist and the assistant made me feel really at ease and kept checking I was ok. Receptionist and manager are all really efficient and professional. Would highly recommend.

By far the best dentist I have ever seen. Maja Trojanowska is gentle, patient and friendly (3 attributes I have never had with a dentist). She explains all the steps to the procedure so you know what’s coming. I’ve had an anaesthetic injection before (which hurt) but on this occasion I barely felt it! What used to be a dreaded experience visiting the dentist is now a pleasant experience. All of East End Lodge staff that I have interacted with are polite and friendly 🙂 I would definitely recommend this practice and I would also highly recommend Maja.

3 stars as unfortunately, quite an expensive dental practice for what you actually get. My wife and I were paying £34 each for private treatment but using A fraction of that being only seen twice in a year. In addition, over the last three years I’ve regularly had my appointments cancelled by the practice at the last minute – often avoiding a couple of hours leave taken off work. I recently missed one appointment and they charged me £81 for the privilege - very one sided. However, when you get an appointment the care is excellent.

WOW! For someone like me, I find the whole dental experience scary and I’m full of anxiety! Walking in to get 2 fillings and scale, I’d probably say it was all a blur on the way! But the second I sat in the chair with Maja and Michelle all my stress left! They were fantastic at talking me through each step, they were consistent with the care and patience towards me throughout and I can honestly say I left smiling and not worried and not wanting to "put off" booking a next appointment with them which I have done in the past with other dental practices. They made me laugh, giggle and take my mind off the job in hand but still keeping a high level of professionalism. Thank you both for all that you have done today!

I have always been very very nervous at the dentist’s, however I had a really good experience with a dental filling. Dr Maja, was very gentle, calm and reassuring. The whole experience was excellent.

I have been a member of the practice for 50 years. I was not happy with this latest experience. I got bombarded with txts reminding me of the appointment in the days before, on the day though, I was informed one of the two appointments was cancelled. I had no idea if it was the dentist or hygienist as names were given that meant nothing to me. I called the practice 5 times to find out what was going on and each time, the receptionists were too busy to answer. Apparently. In the end, I had to go to the practice. To cap it all, my dental appointment was 25 minutes later than booked. All in all, my worst experience in 50 years, and I am now actively considering quitting the practice.
