Damira Havant Dental Practice

We visited the Damira Dental Practice today as my daughter required treatment. The staff at reception were very accommodating and ensured that the appointment time did not interfere with my daughter’s school day. The dentist, Dr Lee, was very welcoming and accommodating. The dental nurse, Leilani, was incredibly encouraging, warm, and caring, making sure that my daughter felt comfortable throughout her treatment. She even gave her some lovely stickers afterwards for being brave. The dental advice was explained clearly and understandably, helping my daughter learn how to look after her teeth in the future. Thank you all for providing such an excellent dental service. We truly appreciate the kindness and care shown.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted today, which was my first experience having teeth removed, and Florina was excellent throughout. She was very gentle, reassuring, and took the time to explain each step of the procedure clearly. Her calm and professional approach made the whole experience far less stressful than I had expected. Thank you for the excellent care.

This place was excellent. A pain free, surgical extraction. Aryan was the best i've had and I've had a few. His assistants were also spot on and everyone was so kind and relaxed, not going to lie it was expensive as I was private and It was an emergency but they got me in quick and it was worth every penny!! I Will now be using him and this place as my regular dentistry.

Got to my appointment 5 minutes early and was told they were running 15/20 minutes late. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment to ask how much longer, was told I was next then waited a further 10 minutes. I went into my appointment 40 minutes late. My dentist advised me to use interdental brushes and then suggested I should have my teeth straightened to help clean them (This is the first time she has mentioned this and have seen her many times before). Was an okay visit other than that.

Could not have been happier, my son is delayed and shy of new situations but florina and phoebe were amazing with him and managed to get him to open his mouth and let them count his teeth. They were fantastic with him 100% recommend as a dentist to anyone especially those with young children who may be shy also

Received an email, text and phone call prior to the appointment reminding me of the appointment. I arrived on time and paid the obligatory £27.90. 20 mins after my appointment time I approached the receptionist and asked for an update. The lady on the desk was generally surly, and stated "They often run late, do you want to wait or rebook?". No apology, no contrition. When I spoke to the Dentist (30 mins after my appointment time), he explained she had probably had a long day, so was tired. As if this excuses poor customer service. He did suggest I could contact the Practice Manager if I choose to, though didn’t give the details. I was in and out of the actual appointment in less than 5 mins!!

Fantastic dentist practice. Got in quickly for emergency dental appointment and set up with there dental plan. First hygienist appointment with Fatima was so relaxing and as I've never been to a hygienist before was put at ease. Can highly recommend this company, the staff are friendly, welcoming and so polite. Will go above and beyond.
