I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Graystone. From my very first phone call, I felt completely at ease. The practice manager was kind, patient, and took the time to talk me through all the options. I was quickly booked in, and from the moment I arrived, the environment was warm, welcoming, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and it was great to know they could offer everything I needed on site. It was also really reassuring to know the team at Graystone all work within the NHS, so their approach is based on best practice and the latest evidence. The level of care and follow up throughout was outstanding, and it was so reassuring to know I could rely on the whole team for support. I would highly recommend Greystone. Brilliant service from the lovely team. We had a last minute, emergency extraction for my 10 year old daughter, as we were flying to Australia in 2 days and the pain in her tooth proved to be more serious than we expected. The team were very thorough and approached my daughter in a kind and gentle way that was focused on her comfort. Ultimately this connection helped her manage the tooth extraction with just the needle numbing needed, and no sedation! I would whole heartedly recommend this lovely team to look after your child's teeth! Thank you so much xxx

The dentist was so kind, patient and caring with my child during her procedure. She finds staying still and listening tricky when she's anxious but everyone we met during our visit was wonderful, calm and understanding with her (from the receptionists to the dentists assistants) and it made all the difference. Would definitely choose to go back.

I took my son, 9, to this practice because he has an issue with the enamel on his teeth. Emma and Kelly were so kind and gentle and made the experience so much easier. The assessment was really thorough and it’s great to have a plan for treatment that will protect his teeth. My son was really nervous but the team were really patient, caring and reassuring and he came away smiling! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone whose children are anxious about visiting the dentist. Thanks so much guys!

We had a very positive experience with my 2 year old daughter here. All the staff were extremely kind and the whole experience is set up to make children feel relaxed and welcome, with toys, books and even a screen to watch while they are being examined. Dr Emma explained things really well and I would recommend Graystone to anyone who needs a paediatric specialist dentist.
