mydentist, Fronks Road, Harwich

It was my first ever visit to mydentist, Fronks Rd, as spaces became available to join their Practice. I had been waiting for several years to find a local one and was so pleased this came up. Also I heard they had a very good reputation. On making the appointment, I was kept up to date with reminders - very efficient, thank you 😊 I was seen by Emmanuel for my initial consultation and was very impressed with his kind, empathetic and professional manner. Such a lovely Dentist. The staff were very kind and welcoming and it was a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Fronk's Rd and again, thank you for taking me on as one of your patients ❤️

My first visit / appointment as a new patient. From the beginning to the end the experience has been excellent. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr Emmanuel was a reassuringly calm dentist that would put the most nervous patient at ease. All in all I'd say my experience has been brilliant. Would recommend.

What a lovely young man Emmanuel is. He's very thorough, asks appropriate questions & has a very good chair side manner. I wasn't expecting a quick scale & polish on my first examination with him but he took time to do that & I can't believe that we're now NHS after having to pay privately for years. I must also commend his dental nurse & receptionist. It's a lovely welcoming practice. 👌

Both Beata, the dentist and Hayley, the hygenist are lovely. Patient, professional, informative and so very friendly. I am always given detailed information by both on my current dental status and provided a clear understanding of future treatment plans. They make attending dreaded dental appointments … bearable 😜 Receptionists deserve a shout out too, they go over and above to help 🌸 Highly recommend !

Visited the dentist today for a check up with Emmanuel and also a few weeks ago with him for my daughters check up. He's absolutely brilliant with children. My daughter is only 4 and felt so at ease with him looking at her teeth and getting her to count with him. I am also quite nervous about the dentist, but he made me feel at ease and extremely comfortable. Hopefully going forward we both have him as our regular dentist 🙂🙂

Took my 3 young children to the dentist-Emmanuel -he was really good with them (put them at ease) my youngest has never shown dentist his teeth -but was happy to today. Time was taken to talk and give full care -very impressed with care we received.

Saw Emmanuel for the first time last Friday and again yesterday. I had 3 teeth removed and him and his assistant were both absolutely amazing with me. I am very anxious and I was absolutely terrified but they made the experience so easy for me. I couldn’t thank them enough.
