After a very disappointing experience with my previous dentist, who completely dismissed my fears and didn't listen to my concerns, I decided it was time to find a new practice. I am so glad I did. From the moment I registered over the phone, the receptionist made me feel welcome, reassured, and genuinely cared for. When I arrived for my appointment today, she was just as kind and compassionate in person, which immediately helped calm my nerves. My dentist, Dr Neil V. Shah, was absolutely outstanding. Instead of rushing straight into the appointment, he took the time to sit down with me and talk about my dental anxiety, where it came from, and how he could help. He listened without judgement, showed real understanding, and was incredibly patient and compassionate. It was clear that he is passionate about helping nervous patients and making them feel safe. For the first time in over 20 years, I walked out of a dental practice smiling instead of feeling anxious. That is something I never thought I'd say. I can't thank Dr Shah and the whole team enough for their kindness, empathy, and professionalism. If you're someone who has a fear of the dentist, I genuinely cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Deepa Shah. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Shah is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and answered all my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless, and she constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Her attention to detail and gentle approach truly stand out. I just had an appointment with Dr Ashni after previously seeing a clinic I was referred to by 111, where I unfortunately felt completely dismissed and left feeling like I had no options. That experience made me lose a lot of hope about getting my dental issues properly addressed. Seeing Dr Ashni was a completely different experience. She took the time to carefully examine my teeth and clearly showed me what needs to be done to fix them. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the options and the steps involved. What really stood out to me was that she didn’t rush me or brush off my concerns for convenience. Instead, she listened, answered my questions, and approached everything with patience and professionalism. After feeling so discouraged before, Dr Ashni actually gave me a lot of hope that my teeth can be properly treated and improved. This has honestly been the best experience I’ve had with a dentist so far, and I’m very grateful for the care and attention she provided.

Exceptional service. Our dental doctor did a great job in looking after my elderly father who had about 3 teeth in his mouth. He worked hard to get the dentures accurate and completed in a timely way, and the fit was on point. My father is very happy. Very conscientious approach to patient care, and excellent quality work.
