Really professional and friendly practice. I was reminded today of why I have happily remained with the practice for so many years. Priya and Mayur dealt with a tricky issue decisively and deftly, and Nicola provided extremely helpful input too. The care and conduct was flawless, with attention given to the smallest detail and the most kind and reassuring manner one could hope for. And the staff in Reception are super friendly and helpful too. I feel extremely fortunate and grateful to have been in the care of such fine and skilled professionals. Thank you to the entire team.

We have been at this practice for 46 years - satisfied clients. The staff are competant, welcoming, friendly and professional. The dentists discuss treatment first so that you understand what's going to happen and what the options are. All our treatment received over the years has been excellent and it's easy to book appointments. The admin staff are very good at juggling things around. The current staff particularly are to be highly recommended - vouched for by someone who has a lot of dental treatment recently! Nikki is our go to; her personal practice, and the practice as a whole is excellent; sounds daft but I quite enjoy the dentist just because everyone there is so lovely.

I have always had a positive experience at this dental practice. All of the staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional and always make you feel at ease straightaway. From reception to the dental team everyone is kind, patient and happy to help with any questions. Nicky is very knowledgable and always explains everything clearly making sure I am comfortable and reassured throughout my appointments. Overall I’m extremely happy with the care I receive here and would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you’re feeling anxious about visiting the dentist.

The Rayners Lane Dental Practice is the best dental Practice around. My grandparents went there , so do my parents for over 60 years and I have been with the practice for over 51 years. I have also been impressed with how polite and professional the receptionists are. I used to see Stuart and for the past three years have now been reffered to Nikki. Nikki is the most professional, patient, knowledgable, experienced and caring dentist I could ever wish for. As an extremely nervous customer she has always explained what she is going to do before she starts any work on my teeth. She reassures me and has helped with giving her expertise knowledge in which toothbrushes, toothpastes I should be buying. All the staff Jo, Priya, Val, Nikki that I meet when I attend the Practice are all so lovely. I have recently started to see the hygienists at the surgery too and have found them all to be extrely knowledgable and proffessional. This is a great Dentist Practice and run extremly well.

Rayners lane dental practice puts me at ease when I am feeling nervous, the dentist puts you at ease remembering your name and things about you, she will take her time and not rush white talking you through what she is doing. I never have a problem booking my appointments and everyone is always so lovely from the person on the phone, the receptionist who greets you to the dentist and dental nurse. My daughter also been coming to the practice since she was 2 and always says how nice and friendly everyone is and the dentist always takes time to listen to her questions. I could not be any happier

I’ve been coming to this practice for over 20 years, and I wouldn't trust my family’s teeth to anyone else. They are fantastic with every generation, from my young children to elderly relatives, making everyone feel completely at ease. As someone who is naturally very nervous about dental work, I really appreciate the kindness of the staff. They have a gentle approach and a strict policy of not treating unless absolutely necessary, so I never feel pressured into unneeded procedures. The surgery is always spotless and hygienic. Beyond the clinical work, their hygienist service is fantastic; they don’t just clean your teeth, they provide genuinely helpful advice on daily hygiene to help you maintain your smile at home. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of this Practice for over 40 years and have always been treated well. The dentists, nurses and Admin Team are all so very friendly and you know you are in very capable hands. They have become more like friends over the years and I know I will receive first class treatment and be cared for. My family have all been patients and even though my husband and I moved out of the immediate area 24 years ago, we did not want to change. Many thanks to you all.
