Even one star is too much for this company Avoid at all costs On your first appointment, these guys will sell your dream. They make you promises and then they don’t fulfil them. The owner which goes by the name of Saba She is a total shambles She doesn’t know what she’s doing. She makes you fake promises. I don’t understand how they operate. I had composite bonding to my top and bottom spent a lot of Money with these guys they told me to park my car in the back of the premises and it would be fine. It was an instruction that was given by the owner Saba. A week later, I receive a parking Fine I contacted Saba to let her know that I received a fine she said she would sort it Two weeks after this parking fine had arrived I then got a debt recovery letter again contacted Saba she said she would sort it She didn’t sort it, which resulted in me having to pay the fine I notified Saba She’s unresponsive the practice doesn’t answer my call they don’t respond to my email. This is the level of service this company is giving avoid at all cost. They are very unprofessional and unorganised. I travel from two hours away and this is the experience I had. I hope my review awakens people’s choice.

Do not come to this dentist. I drove over an hour after I booked a hygienist and after confirming the appointment the day before I arrived to be told they could not honour my appointment as the dentist had gone home because of an emergency, sounded like an excuse to me. I read the reviews after booking and wish I had just cancelled my appointment after reading them. They said they could fit me in on Thursday but I had my Invisalign first fit on Monday so was no good for me. They said they would have called but could not find my number even though I called them twice and confirmed my appointment over text. Not impressed and won’t be coming back.

I was here to see Dr. Hussain for a dental treatment last week, this place looked so beautiful and calming and the whole team were just amazing from reception to the nurse and Dr. Hussain himself. Will definitely recommend them for all your dental needs.

Came in for composite bonding treatment with Dr. Tahir, amazing results, he was so lovely and the clinic is stunning, luxury , and super high end. All staff was very welcoming, i enjoyed my experience

Was so impressed with my appointment with Dr Hussain today. I was expecting a general clean like I’ve had at other dental clinics but this experience surpassed by expectations! He was extremely knowledgeable about an ongoing jaw issue ive had & explained / helped so much more than any other dentist / doctor I’ve seen. The actual clean was so much more thorough than anywhere else I’ve been and he really took his time to help work out my jaw issue. He even showed me my scan and talked through it. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t get into my usual dentist a few months ago and so I booked in online at Dentozen. The process of getting an appt was so easy & Dr Hussain has been invaluable ever since. I now have a mouth full of straight, white healthy teeth and highly recommend him. The clinic is beautiful and a very calming space to be in.

I would definitely avoid this place I booked an appointment with Dentozen and was asked to pay a £20 consultation fee, which I was told would be refundable if I attended. I went to my appointment in November, but later decided not to proceed with treatment and requested my refund. At that point, I was told: "Hello, thank you for your message. Unfortunately the £20 is non-refundable… if you decide to go ahead with treatment it is deducted from the final price however if you don’t decide to go ahead with treatment the £20 is charged as it was the deposit for the consultation." This was not explained to me at the time of booking. I would not have agreed to the payment had this been made clear upfront. I will be attaching screenshots to this review to reflect exactly what was communicated. I chose not to argue over £20 at the time, but later raised it with my family while discussing moving to another dental practice. My brother then contacted Dentozen to raise the issue, as regardless of the amount, this is not acceptable from a moral or customer service standpoint. Following this, the refund was eventually processed in late February, around three months after my original appointment. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for such a small amount that should never have required chasing in the first place. From reading other reviews, I believe this may have involved the owner, Saba, who manages the Instagram account, although I cannot say this with certainty. However, I do want to mention that Ellie was helpful when my brother called and acknowledged that the situation should not have been handled this way. & I must say when you choose another dental practise you can really see a difference in professionalism. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and misleading. Customers should not have to chase a £20 refund for months, especially when the terms were not clearly communicated from the start.
