For once I could speak to a real person! I was a little confused about a recent on line order I made but I was able to call up and the problem I had was quickly resolved without fuss. The Product is definitely working although it is fair to say that I was expecting it to be good as my wife has been using it for many years and thinks it is very effective and good value.
