New Cross Dental Care

I have been coming to this dentist over the year.. since I was a teenager, always had first class service! My dentist has changed a few times over the years( my dental nurse has stayed the same and she’s amazing too!) But each time my new dentist puts me to ease... I now bring my kids here and our dentist Anna is amazing! Always makes an effort with both kids! I can’t see myself leaving anytime soon! 5* isn’t enough!!

Had a broken tooth that was nevertheless causing me no pain. Had to wait a while for an appointment (because of Covid) but was reassured that I could ask for earlier help if necessary. Dentist explained the process and options clearly and took full acount of my preferences when deciding on treatment. The treatment itself (extraction) was carried out carefully and efficiently, and the dentist explained every step of the procedure as she progressed. Very considerate of my potential discomfort. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory, as much as these things can be. Very happy with the outcome.

Great Practice, really friendly staff, excellent communication around appointments so that you don’t forget and the dentist will always take the time to talk you through what’s happening and what they are going to do to put you at ease. Highly recommended.

This is a good dentist when you actually get to sit in the seat. Had countless appointments cancelled this is very annoying when you wait 2 months to get appointment. Now have 2 holes in a tooth and they can't give me appointment to actually get treatment.

recent bouts of toothache have meant emergency appointments which the staff have managed to fit in, lots of sensible precautions re Covid means you feel safe. Great job

My dental visit was completed in a very professional manner. The dental work done was as required, and particular care taken to adhere to strict Covid 19 guidelines during my visit.

I wouldn't say my teeth are like a witch doctor's necklace but it's been a GOOD few years since I sat in the big chair, honestly all my fears with all the staff put me at ease and genuinely happy that I made the email to get an appointment! Thanks Lesley
