Had an excellent experience at Walrus Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dentist Bilal was outstanding — very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The treatment was carried out with great care and professionalism. The hygienist was also fantastic, thorough yet gentle, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell the team genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend Walrus Dental Practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care and friendly service.

I had a really great experience at Walrus Dental Care. Simran is always helpful and happy to help with anything. She is very friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. She explains things clearly and is always supportive. Dr Malik is also excellent—very professional and provides very good treatment. He always helps as soon as possible when you need it and his work is very high quality. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure you understand everything, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Thank you to Simran and Dr Malik for the outstanding care. I would definitely recommend Walrus Dental Care to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental practice.

I can't leave 0 stars. Appointment was booked for 9.30 through 111. I arrived early, filled all the forms out, I asked around 9.45 how long is the wait and I got told 'these aren't NHS 111 are they though' you'll be next. I sat and waited for another 10 minutes for 3 people to go ahead before me. I eventually walked out at 10.03. The receptionists are rude as hell, they shout everyone's personal information. One receptionist was on the phone to a nurse, after the phone was put down she said to the other receptionist 'is she stupid can't she understand'. The whole building looks like a demolition site. I wouldn't even let a dead dog sit in that 'toilet'. You'd be better off dealing with the pain than going there!

The practice manager Fatima was wonderful - patient, understanding, and very helpful during my visit. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent care and a supportive team! The young male dentist was amazing too!

I have used this dentist for approximately 9 years. I find them to all be really friendly and accommodating. I particularly like the fact that you still see the dentist and a separate hygienist unlike some others. It can be busy to get through on phone but its worth the wait. The waiting room is comfortable but the dentist seems to be very good on time keeping and I have never had a long wait. Highly recommended.

Honestly best dental care I've had in the UK so far. I'm not a citizen so it's always been a bit tough getting any sort of help. I was there for an emergency appointment due to pain, and was seen quite promptly. The staff was super duper friendly, sadly I didn't ask the name of the nice lady who treated me but I'm sure all their staff is this lovely. While another dentist brushed me off a week ago and just gave me antibiotics, they actually addressed my concerns and properly listened to me. I'm incredibly thankful and happy for the amazing care I received and if needed (let's hope not), I will definitely go there again! Thank you kind team at walrus dental care, I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible 🩷

I had an appointment at Walrus Dental Care today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My dentist, Muhammed, and dental assistant, Noor, were extremely professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. They talked me through everything step by step and made sure I fully understood what was happening during my initial check-up. Muhammed cleaned my root canal and filling to help prevent further pain, discomfort, and complications, and also made a referral to the hospital for a removal, explaining the process clearly and calmly. I felt genuinely cared for and at ease the whole time. I’ve seen many dentists over the years, but this was by far the most positive experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Walrus Dental Care to anyone looking for professional, compassionate dental treatment.
