I’ve been with this practice a while now. Mr Graves was the dentist when I joined. The folk who’ve taken over now are great . I’ve had root canal with a crown placed on the top. Two crowns and the latest two extractions. Only thing I can add is please put on your website your prices . I would like to compare

Being a life long dentist phobic I was so anxious when my old dentist left and the new private company took over. Having visited the hygienist last week ( only ever had one previous appointment in my past and it wasn’t a good experience ) This lady was just so good, so kind and patient and not at all rough as my previous experience. Today I came back to see Holly for a filling. She knows I’m anxious, she understands, takes her time, explains everything and just completely put me at ease. No pain whatsoever. I’m 63 but might just not be dentist phobic anymore! 10/10

5 star service went in for a scale & polish. Normally anxious of dentists. The Dentist Mrs Aftab & her colleague made sure I was at ease during the procedure. This is the first time i went here & will definitely be going back 😃 😊

Service has dropped off a cliff since the takeover. My wife and daughters have had check ups cancelled 4 times now, with each appointment cancelled a day or so in advance, after waiting several months each time. Appears to me, a push to remove NHS appointments and move you to private consultations.

Don't bother with this practice your appointment Will be cancelled. waist of time. Every appointment my wife made was cancelled. We now go to a different dentist no problem with the new dentist.

*Update* I shouldn't have ignored previous reviews about appointment cancellations. They also cancelled my appointment 2 days before and told me to rearrange. Tried calling back multiple times and the phone was always engaged. I will go somewhere else to get the treatment done.

I believe the practice has been sold and you can clearly tell , I was advised I am unable to book a routine check up because I haven't attended the surgery since 2019. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails confirming the reason for this is because of the Covid-19 pandemic , and whenever I have called in the past I've been told they are not conducting routine check ups at that moment in time. I was asked to send an email explaining the above , this email was sent on the 9th January 2023 and a follow up email on the 18th January 2023 , I've not had a response from either email. I have called numerous times chasing this up , I am told this is being looked into , yet I don't receive any update..... I've been using this practice since I was a young child and I've never had any issues , it appears the new ownership may well and truly be the reason for the dramatic drop in standards.
