Guildford Smiles Dental Practice

I had my first appointment today with Ahmed after at least a decade of not seeing a dentist so was understandably nervous. The introductory offer was such great value compared to others locally. I was really impressed by the professionalism and friendliness from all practitioners. I was made to feel comfortable and not judged. Everything was explained fully, the X-rays exam, cleaning and polishing was a smooth process. The results were visually shown in full so I understood my identified problems and I was not rushed. Everything was broken down for me in writing in regards to the treatment I need. I shall be continuing my treatment and care with Smiles. I highly recommend them and am very grateful for the wonderful care during my visit today. Thank you 🙂

I'm incredibly grateful for the team at Smiles Dental. Dr. Ahmed is relaxed, friendly and most of all skilled at his profession. Excellent dentist and fantastic service from the whole team. Professional, friendly, and very thorough. Made me feel comfortable from start to finish and explained everything clearly. I was extremely anxious leading up to the appointment and knew I needed a lot of work done, but Dr. Ahmed explained everything very calmly and has made my day ! I have been to this clinic a few times and it has always been a good experience. In the past the dentists seemed to change frequently, but they have recently brought in a new dentist, Dr Ahmed on a permanent basis. He’s very nice and friendly. I’ve had a check up and some fillings with him so far and he has always been calm, reassuring, and takes great care with his work. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received. I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding level of care and professionalism demonstrated Dr Ameen during my recent dental check-up. I was impressed by the thorough and detailed explanations throughout the appointment. This level of communication is something I have not always experienced in a dental setting, and it made the visit far more comfortable and reassuring than I had anticipated. His manner with my wife and I was very warm and it is evident that he approaches his work with both expertise and genuine compassion.

I went to this dentist a couple times and it seemed nice and professional. After my sister noticed and took a picture of a strange mark on my teeth I went to the dentist. I told him that I was concerned about the mark, that I could feel a crack and that there was sometimes mild pain in my tooth. He told me it was nothing to worry about. After going to a different dentist a few months later, she told me that this was a very serious crack and that my tooth is close to fracturing. If my sister can spot the crack and a supposedly trained dentist can’t I think there is an issue.
