What a great receptionist. I called the clinic to register as a new client with my son to the practice. I spoke to Andrea, she was the best receptionist ever. I am very angry and disappointed. Yesterday they filled my broken tooth in the lower jaw, but right after I got up from the chair, while I was still in the office, the filling fell out. They drilled the tooth so much that it is now sensitive to heat and cold. I also had a dental cleaning for which I paid money, but the plaque was not properly removed. After the procedure, my teeth looked exactly the same, as if nothing had been cleaned.

Really happy with this practice, and the team i see. Out of vanity, I have paid for some private treatment, but my ongoing nhs treatment is very good. The receptionist, Dentist, and her assistant are all very friendly. They explain everything in full and answer any questions. I have seen some very rude patients with bad attitudes arrive in reception, which is a shame. Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself, they are all doing their job.

Simply superb. Like many adults my age, we have nightmare memories of school dentists and local dentists in general who were only interested in drilling and filling to get the maximum payment from the NHS. Not here, I admitted I’d had some bad experiences and was assured I had nothing to fret over and how accurate that comment was. A lovely lady on reception, who took the time to explain the paperwork and answer all our questions. Then Into the dentists room to meet the dentist and her nurse. So gentle, so caring it really was a world apart from the horrors of the 60’s and 70’s. Again the Dentist took time to explain the issues, offered advice on a few minor things, gave me a freebie tooth cleaner and made me feel totally cared for, showing genuine interest and concern. Well worth a wait if you can get on their books 10/10…. Tim..

Generally were good. But when I had my teeth cleaned, even though I asked will having this treatment make them sensitive and they said no - what happened? They are sensitive and still are 3 months later. I'm only 36 and they were never sensitive to anything before. Very disappointed.

What an amazing experience at the dental surgery! I was referred by my NHS dentist to this practice for wisdom tooth extraction. Went in 20 min before appointment, and they were already ready for me. The dentist and the nurse knew about my file beforehand. They explained the procedure very nicely and kept me reassured throughout the otherwise scary surgery. ... And all this free of charge! 5 stars!
