23 Dental

I have just finished my Invisalign journey with Gullu after 9 months. I had a "menopause moment" and decided I wanted straighter teeth in my 50s, mainly due to a large gap in between my front teeth, one of which was already crowned. I booked with 23 Dental. I sent lots of email questions prior to starting treatment and always got an answer either from the wonderful reception staff or Gullu herself. Gullu and reception staff accomodated my appointments around my work shifts, sometimes at short notice, and over the Christmas break to ensure I finished my Invisalign journey as planned. The dental nurses were lovely and professional ensuring things went smoothly and helped me feel at ease. Gullu spent hours planning and designing my new front crowns ( I had both front teeth done) to ensure the best possible outcome so the gap did not reappear after treatment and had to work really fast at the end to ensure things were in place for the final fitting. I would say it was almost pain free which was also a positive. Overall a positive experience, I would definately recommend all 23 Dental for anybodies Invisalign journey. I am so pleased with the results!!! Thank you to Gullu, dental nurses and reception staff for everything. Now what to do next!!!!??😁

Ms Theaker on reception is always very helpful & patient when i have spoken with her. Nothing seems too much. Dental nurse Elsey always professional & supportive. Gullu my dentist is wonderful. Always checks i am ok at the beginning of appointment. Listens to any queries i've had. She helped me very quickly when i had a tooth abcess in the past. I always feel i have had good care when i leave. I am on the Dental plan & good value for money.

Massive thanks to 23 Dental, they helped in my time of need, gave me a appointment with in 24-hours my dental treatment was excellent as usual the dentist was explanatory with the repair she then with the assistance of the dental nurse completed the necessary treatment to the high standard we expect. Thanks for your help 23 Dental making my visit an enjoyable experience.

I have been a patient at Youngs/23 Dental for about 40 years and have seen a lot of changes in that time. I am a member of their dental plan as a private patient. I recently visited 23 Dental for a repair to a damaged tooth. I booked this appointment about a week previously. Emmanual and his assistant were both friendly and helpful. Emmanual checked my damaged tooth and said he could repair it and advised me the price to repair it and I agreed to this. However, after the repair was completed when I went to pay the agreed sum the receptionist told me there was an extra £45 fee to pay because this was an emergency appointment. I challenged this because that was not what I agreed to. After speaking to Emmanual, the receptionist agreed I did not have to pay the extra fee. This should not happen and does leave me disappointed.

Great experience. Mr Onwuka is calm and explains everything clearly. Made my nerves disappear. Thank you.
