Hurst Farm Dental Practice

I am quite a nervous patient. However, since coming to see Maria and now today Nandy too, I have gained a confidence about coming to the dentist. All the staff, this includes the lovely receptionist, are super friendly and always put me at ease. Thank you Hurst Farm and long may our relationship continue.

Dr Miguel is an outstanding dentist—highly skilled, professional, and incredibly caring. The hygienists are informative and make every visit comfortable, the dental nurses are friendly and supportive, and Kelly at reception is brilliant and always goes above and beyond to help. Hurst Farm Dental Practice is a truly exceptional team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Should be 0 stars as the emergency appointment I got was a prescription of toothpaste instead of an immediate remedy for a really bad case of toothache. Last Monday the dentist I saw that wasn't even on the website (I assume a NHS dentist on contract or similar) couldn't find the issue doing 3 xrays. He attributed the huge pain I had because of a small chip on the tooth. It was 13.10 so he was overdue for a dinnerbreak it seemed as he was rushing to do the job. Long story short I saw an actual professional at a private clinic that showed me a LIST of issues that these guys had missed and am booked for a root canal treatment. He barely even looked at the xrays so no wonder he couldn't spot that the tooth in question was dead (apparently for years...) I doubt they could help me as last year apparently all was good with my teeth in my last checkup yet here I am with a LIST of issues. Just leaving this review as I don't think it is fair for someone going to a NHS dentist there whilst reviews are all positive for the dental practice. Not blaming NHS or staff or anything but as a matter of fact it is what it is and it is not great as it may seem.

Wonderful dental practice that care for our entire family. From annual checkups to vaneer replacements, we wouldnt go anywhere else. The high level of service extends from the reception to the dental assistants, all the way to the genius of Miguel and Maria as head dentists. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Miguel and his team have made this dental practice the best I’ve ever been to. They are all lovely, extremely professional yet personal. Their care is first rate. I was seen at a day’s notice for bad toothache and booked in for a root canal procedure a few days later. Miguel performed the surgery and he and his nurses were delightful, very competent and efficient. I wasn’t in any distress at all and l had absolutely no pain whatsoever afterwards. I’m so very grateful to be on their books and cant recommend this practice highly enough.

Had my first check up today and my dentist Maria was amazing. Very professional and friendly dental practice. I would also like to compliment Kelly the receptionist- very polite, kind and welcoming. Nurses are also friendly and caring. Highly recommend this practice. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really brilliant Dental surgery. Kind and compassionate toward my children and myself.
