The Limes Dental Practice, Gloucester

This was a very positive first impression of the dental practice. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming, and the dentist was thorough, friendly, engaging and professional. As a person who’s always been a little apprehensive about dentists, I feel positive and confident about having Limes treat my current needs and to look after my dental health and hygiene moving forward.

I registered with the Limes on recommendation with a view to having implant surgery and general dentistry. Dr Andrew Connelly put me at ease straight away and I received a full breakdown of the treatment plan and a thorough explanation of the procedures involved. Time was also taken to listen to and answer any questions or concerns I had. The surgery has now been completed and I am happy with the results. Andrew and his lovely team have been excellent from start to finish including the aftercare. I have no hesitation recommending the Limes Dental practice.

As I have a huge phobia of dentists, it had been a long time since I last received any dental treatment. However, several issues forced me to finally make an appointment. I had my first visit at the Limes a couple of weeks ago, and I only wish I had discovered them sooner. From the moment I arrived, the environment was calm and welcoming, with a friendly and highly professional team. David Stephens carried out a filling and several extractions, and he put me completely at ease throughout. His calm, reassuring, and unhurried approach, along with clear explanations of every procedure, made a huge difference and helped me feel in control and relaxed. My extractions were pain-free both during and after the procedure. For someone with a genuine fear of dentists, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

As a previously very nervous patient who hadn't seen a dentist for some years, I was immediately made to feel welcome and reassured when I came into the Practice. Everyone on the team is very friendly, very kind and reassuring, and are perfect for new or nervous people. I have had quite a few appointments now, and I have absolutely no fear any more, and all the dental work I have had done has been calm, pain-free, and of the highest quality. I can't thank the team enough, especially my treatment team consisting of Dr David, Dental Nurse Toni, Hygienist Gail, and the amazing Practice Manager Pip, who always checks in on you after treatment with a phone call to make sure you are getting along well. I feel completely looked after at The Limes, and I genuinely look forward to my visits! Please check them out, especially if you are a nervous patient, as they are seriously the best dental team ever!

After an accident, I've been having ongoing treatment leading me to 3 required extractions. These took place yesterday. I was anxious but soon relaxed as Toni, the dental nurse and David, the dentist both had such a calming influence on me. I was kept preoccupied with their pleasant conversation and the extractions had taken place in the blink of an eye. I could barely believe it when David said it was all done. Then came my second dread. The fitting of a partial denture. Something I had never put on my list of things I want. Again they both put me at my ease, talked me through everything and I came out happy to show off my new smile. I hadn't smiled like that in a good while. Thanks to all at the practice, who I've been lucky enough to have met and for the good care they've taken of me. I can't recommend this practice enough.

I carried out alot of research on a Dental Practice to join due to having returned to living in Gloucester and chose here after all the fantastic reviews. I can vouch that this place is worth the reviews. My first appointment with Dr Andrew Connolly carried out checks I've never had before, thoroughly explained everything,his findings,your X ray putting you at ease with his caring and professional nature. Everyone else within the practice is friendly and welcoming and the place is spacious,clean and fresh looking. I am glad I made the decision to come here.
