Today was my best ever visit to a Dental Practice. From Receptionist Abigail you are immediately welcomed. Gareth, the dentist came up, again welcomed me. Asked if I had any special questions and made me feel completely at ease He quietly, totally professional and with constant re-assurane and explanation examined my teeth and gums. He clearly explained what he would recommend as a personal dental plan. He showed and explained necessary trays and invited any questions or concerns I had. He explained dental plan and made sure I understood and was happy with it. He calculated a very fair cost for treatment plan. I have never been so at ease in any other Dentists. All staff were equally polite and professional and a card of suitable appointments made. I would recommend Woodhill Dental Care practice to anyone. Alan is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I experience anxiety when attending the dentist and really struggle with some of the procedures. Alan has always been compassionate and caring which helps me to feel at ease and more comfortable when in the dentist chair. In the last 5 years I have became more confident getting treatment and my overall experience has been very positive. The nurses that work alongside Alan are also very supportive. I never feel judged for having anxiety and they are also very comforting to me.

The service at Woodhill Dental Care has the right balance between friendly and professional. I attended this practice due to disliking the appearance of my teeth, something that I have been self conscious about for a long time. Alan gave me a number of different treatment options as well as describing them to me, making me feel instantly at ease. Some of the options included, composite bonding and orthodontics. When I had my treatment, it was completely pain free. Alan was meticulous in making sure I was happy with the appearance before I left the surgery. If I had known it was easy as that I wouldn't have left it as long as I did. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is anxious about visiting the dentist or for someone like myself, who wanted to change the general look of my teeth. Thanks to everyone at Woodhill for helping me to smile again!

I highly recommend Woodhill Dental care. I have been very pleased with the quality of advice and work from Dr Alan Howie. All of the practice staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Our whole family visit here. Most recently my young daughter (2) was seen at very short notice, when she experienced pain when eating - this was much appreciated. A great practice.

The Woodhill team are wonderful! They are attentive to patient needs. Treatment is provided with genuine care and meticulous attention to detail. I have had exceptional treatment from both Gareth and Alan. Alan thank you for saving and maintaining my smile :-).

I got married last year and Alan was so kind to fit me in at the last minute. I had a full check up and dental clean and Alan also gave me an x ray to assess an ongoing issue. I cannot recommend Alan enough and the professional and friendly service I received from Woodhill Dental Care.

After years of being unsatisfied/under confident with my teeth I decided to visit Alan as all my friends had spoke highly of him. From the initial consultation he was friendly and very informative on what I needed. Fast forward 6 months and for the first time in my life I’m happy with my teeth. Can’t thank him enough.
