Excellent Dentist - I'm seen by Andrew Taylor. I've had several appointments over the past couple of years and I'm delighted with the service and the results. I've had filings and a tooth crowned. He always puts me at ease, which is great especially when I get anxious about going to the dentist. The practice are always great at reminding patients of appointments and forms can be done online. Highly recommend.

Contrary to the belief that a visit to a Dental Surgery is an appointment of apprehension, this misconception is not true of United Dental, in my opinion and experience, as someone who grew up in the days of "laughing gas" ! The warm, welcoming approach in pleasant surroundings, is immediately reassuring, as there is not the sharp, antiseptic smell usually associated with any form of medical environment. From the outset, Alison, the hygienist has a very easy way of making sure that you don’t have any issues with being in a dental chair with her engaging and relaxing manner, whilst being very professional and informative at the same time. She offered helpful, constructive advice on preventative care, treatment and cleaning. My dentist is Andrew (Taylor), who has a very informal, conversational attitude, which I found to be a subtle, confidence building factor, during the sensitive process of examining teeth, gums and overall oral health. All in all, a stress free appointment, mainly because of the fact that the staff prioritised connecting and communicating with me throughout my time in their care.

Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Stuart, my dentist is welcoming, tells you what he’s going to do and keeps pain to a minimum. I have been going here for a lot of years now and if ‘happy customer’ is appropriate to any dentist - I am.

Practice sends timely reminders so no missed appointments. Was able to confirm current health conditions digitally. Reception staff very efficient. The facility is pleasant, clean, and well maintained. Dental treatment very satisfactory.
