I have been an extremely anxious patient when it comes to anything dental, but my experience with 3 Step Smiles has been very positive. From the very beginning, Lauren and Blanca have shown such patience, kindness, and professionalism, supporting me through what has been a very difficult few months of ongoing dental issues. Their reassurance and genuine care have made a huge difference, and they have always taken the time to explain things clearly and answer many of my questions, which has really helped to put me at ease. I am now in the process of seeking dental implants and, despite my initial nerves, I have been so impressed with the level of care and attention I’ve received. The whole team have made me feel listened to and respected, which is not something I have often felt in previous dental experiences. I would highly recommend 3 Step Smiles, especially to anyone who feels anxious about treatment, the care here is great and there are payment plan options which make it more affordable.

Fantastic welcoming surgery. I was a last minute referral to adjust a temporary crown. I had an appointment very quickly and they did a great job on fixing and adjusting the crown and another issue that had cropped up. Highly recommend 😁

As a patient who is extremely afraid of pain, I truly felt no pain at all under the treatment of Dr. Luis Barbosa and his team. His skills are absolutely brilliant! Every staff member here is especially good at comforting people with pain anxiety—their service is warm, thoughtful, and truly beyond praise. Even the front desk staff can answer all kinds of questions and reassure patients. No matter how cold the medical equipment may feel, the warmth of the team more than makes up for it. I’m so grateful to Three Steps Smile for allowing me to meet such wonderful staff. It was a fantastic experience—I’d definitely recommend them!

I thought I would never say this about a dentist, but I actually enjoy my visits! Everyone is so relaxed and friendly it makes me feel relaxed too and what used to feel like a painful experience in the past doesn't any more. From the moment you walk in tot eh bright, clean, welcoming reception area to the time you leave its a total 5 star experience.

Caring and Courtious Staff. I would highly recommend this Clinic if you are thinking of getting implants, the aftercare is amazing.

I found everyone so welcoming and put me at ease as a nervous patient. I’m looking forward to my new smile and the price was great for my budget 👍 update 25/4 Im so happy with my treatment so far, I needed bone implants but they found a way to do that and not have to wear a denture just temp teeth. I was so nervous and have never been able to sit down n a chair for 10 mins, however I was there for over 2 hours getting teeth removed and implants and grafts put in with no pain. They even sorted a prescription for me to help calm me down . Thanks so much guys I’m over half way done and couldn’t be happier . Would definitely recommend 3Stepsmile 👍

I just started my journey today with 3StepSmiles and I can’t wait to begin my implant journey. Dr.Blanca and Sergio really made me so comfortable and provided such a stress free atmosphere. Updated: I completed my first implant journey with 3 step and I am so happy to have found them. The process was seamless and everyone was amazing through the process - so good that I actually came back for another implant! I just started my second implant (front tooth) journey and everything has been great, just like the last time. Dr.Blanca and team are always willing to do what’s best for the patient. Sergio is brilliant and very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best possible care and treatment. Very grateful for the whole team supporting me through the process of correcting my smile and restoring my confidence!
