My daughter had just had her braces removed today and she is delighted with the results, we have been very happy with the service at Scottish Orthodontic Centre, Caroline dealt with Jenna today and was welcoming and friendly while still maintaining professionalism at all times. So thank you for that. The review would have been 5 stars if I had not had an issue regarding the missed appointment fee due to being quite unwell. I completely understand the need for this system as missed appointments cost practices a lot of time and money, however I think there should be a bit more understanding on this especially with patients that are not guilty of missing appointments normally. I also think to avoid this happening, you should start using the text reminder system which can be done from email, so this could be done at the same time as the appointment email is sent as not everyone has access to email as often their phones and not checking emails when ill in bed.

I have had treatment for both my sons & myself (both private & NHS). Delighted with the process & the results. The staff are helpful & always receptive to any questions/enquiries.

Delighted with the treatment my daughter has received here. From being paranoid about smiling, now at the end of NHS treatment she has a beautiful, confident smile. Staff all made her feel very much at ease and new premises very accessible. Would not hesitate to bring my other children here and would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking professional orthodontic treatment.

If you are planning braces on NHS not private, avoid this place. They treat only private clients with respect. On NHS u will be looked after young trainees not actual professionals plus u always will get the worst appointments, real doctors and evening appointments are kept for privet folks. Sad true but true. If u on NHS avoid. Rude reception doesn't help either.
