I had the best possible experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff took great care of me from start to finish. Dentist Imran was extremely professional, gentle, and made sure I felt no pain while clearly explaining each step of the treatment. I even noticed another patient buying a gift for the front receptionist, which speaks volumes about how friendly and appreciated the staff are. This clinic truly goes above and beyond!

This is an unusual experience for me to do a review, especially when it is for something that you would normally shudder at. Going to "The Dentist". I can honestly say that the time I spent at the practice today brought back some faith in dentists.I was dreading going today. I am not sure who the lady was but she asked me for my back story and how I came to get to this point and she listened to what I had to say. By listening to me she knew exactly what do do and made me feel very calm and comfortable, talking me through everything she was doing. She made me feel very relaxed and engaged with me, talking with me constantly and making me feel at ease. To the point that we were laughing and joking. I can't thank the lady enough for helping me on this long road to helping get my dental issue fixed. I would recommend this lady to anyone requiring dental work. She does go above and beyond and I am very grateful for what she has done for me today. Thank you. PS. I apologise for not remembering your name. I have put this down to my nerves getting the better of me.

I can highly recommend this friendly and very efficient practice. I'm a very nervous patient and they are always kind and reassuring. Excellent service.

I was there to get a broken tooth extracted and I am terrified of the dentist, however the receptionist was brilliant, thank you. My nurse was brilliant, she helped calm me down by giving me a wee red balloon to squeeze and talking to me all the time which really helped and also my dentist was brilliant, so thank you to all of yous

I don’t usually write reviews but I absolutely had to after my experience here. It was by far the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. The team (especially Claire), really made me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly felt like they wanted what’s best for me, and that’s the first time I’ve been able to say that! They went above and beyond in every way possible, thank you so much. I genuinely can’t explain to you all how much I appreciate it ❤️
