Marina Dental Care

In all honesty, I’ve I could give this a 0 for service I would. David was my original dentist and he was an absolute star when he was there. Since then I wasn’t appointed another dentist for a year and a half.. my tooth then died in that time because I needed a filling replaced and hadn’t had a check up because no one contacted me. I then went to the dentist with pain and was told it was a mouth ulcer… I then went back and was appointed another dentist who then said I needed urgent root canal to start it then as I had an abscess. I then got treatment done and thought I was on the list to get my wisdom teeth removed (which I wasn’t and had been waiting a full year without an application) I was also 5 minutes late for my appointment which I need to commute to 45 minutes away as I’m not local anymore and they didn’t see me despite needing dental work done. I was balling my eyes out in the car park and have never been treated so badly.. yet it’s okay for them to take you 10-15 minutes late for an appointment? Very poor customer service; I’d avoid if you are looking to sign up. As stated previously David was amazing as my dentist beforehand but ever since he’s been off the place has went down hill.

Absolutely awful treatment. My wife was unwell on Monday evening after she had an operation in the hospital, and I had to take care of my wife for the last two days. The clinic closes at 5 PM, and I had to remain with my wife becasue temperature and so on. I tried calling them, but although their automated message says to leave a voicemail, it doesn’t actually allow you to. Apparently, they don’t accept emails either, or at least they don’t clearly provide an email address. I sent one but nobody can't find it. The only think they can say you need to pay 65£ or we can't do anything for you becasue you didn't attend your appointment. They seem only concerned about money. Terrible experience absolutely avoid this dental practice.

Absolutely fantastic! The dentist to whom works on my teeth, has done one amazing job and she deserves a huge thank you. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I had my three monthly visit to marina dentist in Kirkintilloch today as usual first class service jenny the new hygienist did a first class job I would highly recommend her and also Pamela dickson dental surgeon done a first class job thanks girls

I was in absolute agony with a relentless pounding pain from a wisdom tooth. Never experienced pain like this in my life bar one occasion and I couldn't understand why as it was only a tooth. Cutting a long story short. In the space of 48 hours I had been seen twice (very accommodating and compassionate). Informed why I was in so much pain (sinuses terrible and tooth removed). Given a course of stronger medication and the next day the pain relief was unbelievable. All I can say is that the staff at South Bank Marina Dental Care are so accommodating, compassionate and professional. I can not thank all the staff enough for everything they did for me on such short notice to relive my pain. I have also seen three different dentist at the practice and everyone of them has been fantastic. In my experience I have never had such a good quality of dentist / dental care.

The Best - I'm unashamedly fussy. Consistently brilliant. Message via Facebook with prompt response offering next day appointment. My dentist, a 'young' girl, dark hair and glasses is superb. Personable & professional. She is obviously very talented and I hope she doesn't leave anytime soon. Practice is modern, light, big and in a great setting. Thanks.

With the arrival of East Dunbartonshire Council to the area, parking has suddenly become more difficult despite supposedly reserved spaces. Need to press an intercom and wait for the door to open is far from welcoming. All staff, reception and dental, are friendly and efficient.
