Great experience throughout every visit to this practice, Dr Nick is very patient, understanding and explained everything thoroughly putting my mind at ease, Maura the nurse was so friendly and efficient, and amazing service from Gillian at front of house who got my next appointments booked promptly. Would highly recommended this practice! 🙂

Very awful dealing with customers. I have been waiting for an appointment for 3 months and I was only 8 minutes late due to traffic congestion during schools run. It was my first time to be late. However, they refused to see me, although I explained the reason and told the receptionist that they can keep my appointment short without impacting the patients after me. It is okay for them to keep you waiting for ages when attending your appointments, but how dare you to be a bit late . You should be ashamed of yourself. Edit:: Reply to the reply below. The receptionist said the rule is that "Anyone more than 7 minutes late, will not be seen, while you said that "if less than half of the appointment time remains, the patient will not be seen". Which one is correct, please? You can check your CCTV and see that I was only 8 minute late, which means only 1 minute late over your 7-minutes rule. Please note that i explained to the receptionist that I probably will not need scaling this time and the hygienist only need to check the progress, which means I need shorter appointment with no impact on other patients. However, she simply did not care and and said " i was told not to see you". Awful

I have never felt more at ease sitting in a dentist chair. I have been treated with feeling, compassion, understanding and not just with instruments in my mouth. Very good and friendly dental practice. Thank you for being there for me.

I would highly recommend this dentist! I was nervous to return to the dentist after a few years but was made to feel at ease immediately. I received first class treatment from professional and personable staff and will return to with no fear.
