Avoid. Went to sign up as NHS patient and was told I would have been registered after the first checkup. I did that and was scheduled for two cavity appointments. First appointment not a problem. For the second appointment I unfortunately wrote down the wrong time and never double checked it: My Bad. Nothing to say about that. I only realized after 40 minutes when I called, thoroughly apologised and asked to reschedule. I was told that the dentist left a note saying because I had missed a big appointment they didn’t want to take me as a patient anymore. I could have had an emergency, a car break down, anything, but the dentist’s note didn’t care. There was no way to reason: 1 appointment missed and I was done. I was also promised a call to discuss this decision and never got it of course. Cherry on top they admitted never registering me as NHS patient, even after attending 2 appointments already. Well, long story short, be aware: real service quality can be seen in moments of difficulty. Yeah you fixed my cavity (literally your job), but decided to leave me on my own without curing my remaining ones. You reader just be careful. Register with them and you will always have a decent service until the moment you are in difficulty or make a mistake, then you just won’t have a service anymore.

Louise is such a lovely and welcoming dentist. I enjoy going for six monthly checkups. She is so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice (and Louise specifically) to anyone. She once told me I had teeth like from the Colgate ads and I can honestly say, it made a great impact on my life and improved my confidence. I also make sure to brush gently with an electric toothbrush, floss and mouthwash twice a day (sometimes more) because of Louise’s expert advice. Thanks so much!

Really pleased with my treatment over the years and always feel welcomed every time i go to this practice as the staff are really friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Never had to wait too long after my appointment time to be seen always on schedule everytime i have been, first class 👍🖐

My Dentist can Do IV Sedation if I ever need a Filling or a Tooth Pulled but he told me I would never get Tooth Decay Even If I didn't Brush my Teeth. Great for Nervous Patients like myself.🥶🥶
