Attended for the first time with my family and couldn’t have had a better experience. It was very easy to register and the process was explained clearly. Michelle who was on reception has a very welcoming and professional manner. The dentist we were treated by - Steven, was brilliant. He has a friendly and welcoming manner instantly putting my husband at ease. We are so pleased we have managed to find such a great dental practice. It was very clean and well organised. Thank you.

After avoiding the dentist for about a decade, I was extremely nervous about being seen. From the moment I walked in, Michelle at the front desk was lovely and made the experience start on a positive note. Lewis and Heather were the ones who treated me today, and I actually cried tears of relief on the drive home. They made me feel so comfortable and reassured me every step of the way. They encouraged me to speak up if I needed a break—though I never did, because I truly felt I was in good hands. To ease my anxiety, I like to ask questions so I can understand what the procedure involves. They were more than happy to answer everything I asked. Beyond their professionalism, they were also great at making conversation and keeping the atmosphere calm and casual. This experience has massively eased my dental anxiety. Thank you so much.

After having a fear of attending a dentist most of my adult like I had to give in and attend. Since my first appointment the staff and dentist have been nothing but kind and considerate which has helped me overcome my fear massively. When I arrive I am greeted by a lovely receptionist Michelle who asks every time how I am and my family which I think is lovely. My dentist Julie is outstanding at her job and eases my anxiety massively. I cannot recommend this practice enough for what they do. A credit to the NHS thank you

The whole team at the dentist are so professional and friendly. The receptionists are welcoming and make you feel at ease straight away. Whenever I've had dental work done I've been made to feel at ease and every dentist have been professional, thorough and given me excellent care. They are open with what they are doing/planning to do, explain everything to help you understand and give honest opinions about what is the best for you. I wasn't comfortable visiting the dentist before , but I am now
