I can't thank the team enough for how kind and caring they were. I was really nervous, but my dentist made me feel calm and reassured from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly, were so patient, and made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. I'm so grateful for the excellent care I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially if you're an anxious patient. Thank you so much!

My dentist and nurse were amazing! Both ladies put me at ease as a VERY nervous patient. No waiting time quick painless extraction cannot recommend them enough!

As a new patient at Toothcare Dental and as a nervous patient Dr Zein put me at ease straight away. She was lovely and so was her dental nurse. I came away without feeling anxious about going back. Dr Zein is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that I needed to know and if I had any questions. Lovely receptionists and the dental room were clean and bright unlike previous dentist I had. Definitely recommend going there. My son will be making an appointment in the future. Many thanks.

Had a hygienist appointment this afternoon with Charlotte. She is outstanding at her profession and treats her patients with care and empathy, whilst all the while being positive and enthusiastic. She's like a breath of fresh air! Was lucky enough to get a cancellation which worked out great for me too. Already booked my next appointment.

The hygienist I saw was brilliant. She understood that I haven’t been to the dentist in many years and it was the first time seeing a hygienist. She was very polite and caring and everything was done at my pace and not hers. I even got a stress ball to squeeze 😂. Would highly recommend for those who were as nervous and anxious as myself. It’s not a pleasant experience, but the hygienist couldn’t have been more understanding, however, I was so stressed that I forgot her name 🤦🏼.

Had my check up with Gayathri today and she was amazing. I am a quite nervous patient so I was worried, however every step of the way I was kept informed of what was going on which was great. Annie the nurse was brilliant, super helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is anxious about coming to see the dentist. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and clean 😊
